Best Leakage Water in Jacksonville FL

Had a very great experience with the Griffin company from beginning to end. Before the technician came out they sent a text message of who was coming out with a picture and details about the tech to ensure our safety. Once he came out he provided me with detailed information about why my ac unit was freezing up in the winter. He came out on a Tuesday ordered parts and had my system repaired by the next day on Wednesday 11/3. I’ll be contacting them again in the future if we have anymore issues

I would not have left this review had they not threatened us with an email that we are prohibited from leaving a bad review in order to receive our money back, after no services were performed and they completely wasted our time in the cold winter months here in Jax. Not an apology for messing up our service from start to end, but a threatening letter to keep our money hostage, money that they didn't earn?!2 stars because they came out last minute on a weekend and did help the issue, otherwise a zero star here would be appropriate.We were explained the maintenance plan we signed up to when the tech came out to help on the weekend.The tech took the money, said we would be contacted shortly in the week, we were not contacted. I called and asked for the maintenance, after much looking, they found us in the system and booked us for that Friday. The tech made a note of the filter we need for this basic maintenance and assured us it would be there on hand when the maintenance would be performed.We waited all day Friday and no call, I looked at the email they sent me, and realized it was addressed to a different person all together. I called and asked if they are coming, they had to pull out another tech to come on site from another job. Before he got here we texted the new tech to make sure he comes with the part in hand, and he did not respond at all until he showed up at our door in a foul mood. We explained to him what had happened and he only bad mouthed the original tech and gave my wife attitude and said he will have someone else come with this part.We called McGowen, and had excellent service from the start to finish.

I've had them come out to repair a leak in my pool twice. First time $300 dollars to come out, and a $40 epoxy job that lasted maybe 2 weeks. When you are the only show in town you can charge and do what you want. 2nd time, a different guy, and he actually got out the equipment to do a full leak test (first guy did not). After determining the leak was in the same place as the first guy, I was informed it couldn't be fixed with epoxy, charged me another $300 dollars and told me I would get a proposal to fix the pool. 2 weeks later I get the proposal of $1200 and was informed that the $640 I had already paid them doesn't go towards to cost of the repair.
