They sent out a team of four to take care of my plumbing issue that same day.The guys were super nice and respectful, not to just me but each other as well. They all exhibited the experience, knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills required to get the job done not only fast but done correctly.I could not have asked for a better experience. This is now my go to plumbing company for anything plumbing related I may need in the future.

Matthew and Paul are VERY knowledgeable and.... they explained each step they took in order to help ME better understand what was being done. The price is worth every cent knowing it was fixed the right way. Griffin Service has an Excellent team. Customer service was spot on as well.. very respectful, understanding and reassuring.I love this company, I will adopt them all as mine!

Errol is an outstanding and professional plumber. He communicates issues as he works, understands what went wrong, and implements the correct fix. Repair cost seems fair, but not cheap, as is typical in today’s inflationary environment. Recommend their annual membership as it saved us quite a bit.

Not only were they completely helpful, they were more than willing to change their whole schedule around to accommodate my emergency need, which was only really an emergency due to the lack of planning on my part.
