Service was great and the repairman's work ethic, professionalism and pride in, is above and beyond the best I have seem in heating /ac services.

The salesman, Brandon, was very professional and knowledgeable and James and the installation crew were superb. They installed our 2 mini split ac units. The price was better than the competition. Highly recommend!! Also, our house thermostat just busted last night. Called that Sunday night and a person actually answered the phone. The Donovan tech, Trae was here the next morning (today) and replaced it. He was great... very nice and professional. Amazing customer service!Update: 12/2/22 Just had Christain from Donovan come out and installed an UV light in our minisplit. He did a great job. On time and very professional.

Dyland came out today and did a thorough job of problem identification and resolution. After putting in new toilets, I suddenly had studor vent issues. Dyland replaced 3 SVs and was professional to indicate my others where working well.
