Best Drainage Issues in Jacksonville FL

Glad I waited for Charles to arrive. Had a clogged main line and last week another service “cleared” it to have only clog again days later. Found Duck Duck Rooter online and based my call on their reviews. I waited throughout the day, Charles arrived and walked me through the potential problems, started with vacuuming out, plunging and then snaking 25’ down from the sink line. No luck. He found our clean-out port (I had no idea we even had one or where it was) and determined where the blockage originated. Charles then went onto our (steeply-pitched roof) and ran the 65-foot snake from our roof-top vent down through our entire main drainpipe and cleared the stoppage. If you call Duck Duck Rooter make sure to ask for Charles.

These plumbers are professional and polite. They did the installation quickly and were careful to keep the floors clean when they needed to go in and out.

We unfortunately had a clog in our main sewer line which was backing up the entire house. Andy came out quickly and resolved the problem. We will definitely be using Monument Plumbing in the future.

I wish I had everyone's name who labored long and hard days at our home, tearing out 40+ year old fiberglass ducting and cramped attic space to install a new system for our home. Unprofessional.Ridiculous charges.I will never recommend this company.Firstly, they unclogged a tub but then flushed the clog down the toilet. Hello!?Then the crew member left urine on the toilet and didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom, grossly unprofessional.The worst part?$125 charge for less than 10 minutes worth of work with a drain snake AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME THE COST UNTIL AFTER THE WORK NOR GET MY SIGNATURE ON ANY INVOICE.

Great company with excellent knowledge of septic systems. They replaced our drain field last year (excellent work and price) and just recently we had another issue, this time from the intake. They came out and assessed and walked us through how to fix it OURSELVES. No charge for the visit. After more digging it was still out of our scope of DIY, so he came back out and did the repair. A good honest company. We don't bother calling any else.
