After checking to see if it was an emergency (not this time, thank goodness), he was able to schedule a same-day appointment to come out. He unclogged our toilet quickly and recommended we replace our builder’s grade ones since they’ll continue to give us problems in the future. I’m pleased with everything, especially Jason’s professionalism.

We unfortunately had a clog in our main sewer line which was backing up the entire house. Andy came out quickly and resolved the problem. We will definitely be using Monument Plumbing in the future.

Great company with excellent knowledge of septic systems. They replaced our drain field last year (excellent work and price) and just recently we had another issue, this time from the intake. They came out and assessed and walked us through how to fix it OURSELVES. No charge for the visit. After more digging it was still out of our scope of DIY, so he came back out and did the repair. A good honest company. We don't bother calling any else.
