The two technicians were on time, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They performed their tasks and did so in a expedient manner. This company is in my contact list and will be the only plumbing company I will ever use.

Call Roto Rooter or David Gray Plumbing. Much better work and better customer service. They’re also BBB accredited which Econo Rooter is not, for good (or maybe bad is the operative word) reason. The owner’s replies to customers who have given him a less than great rating will tell you all you need to know. Nothing is ever his fault or his responsibility. Be warned, you don’t want to deal with this company.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
