I have a Sears Home Warranty & this company has a contract with them. My septic is baking up & they refuse to come because they will not get paid enough. Nice way to care about your community. Greedy!

I have used Terry Vereen over and over again for the many houses I have lived in and rent out. They do a wonderful job and always come as soon as possible, usually same day service.

We needed our septic and dosing dank replaced after circumstances left our old one caved in. We've had some issues with other companies out here. Duck duck has great communication, a team of customer service people, and wonderful owners. The process was simple, as if they do it all the time! Jeff helped us out with an insurance problem, and spoke to our adjuster directly. Then when the work needed to be done, it was a big project and there were many other jobs ahead of us but we were scheduled weeks before they originally said we'd be. This was vital! The team was professional and got the huge job done in one day. Couldn't have asked for better service.

My water heater died over the weekend and I called these guys they came out, explained all my options and had a new one installed on Monday for a reasonable price & it’s working great! Thanks so much!

WORSE COMPANY ever. They complained the whole time. They didn't communicate correctly with their title guy so I had to go with them to pick up at a store, he complained the whole time. They damaged my wall. And never answered their phones. NEVER USE THEM..NEvER

I recommend ASAP plumbing if you are looking for a reliable plumbing company. I have had several plumbing problems toilet that is constantly running, faucets always dripping. I called ASAP Plumbing and they were there the same day. They fixed all my problems and the plumber even asked if I have any other problems he could handle today.
