I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

He was able to come the same day for an emergency with my water heater. Fixed the problem from another plumber quickly and thoroughly. Communicated well through the process. Highly recommend him.

Upon receiving my online request, a very warm and friendly Michelle Wilson, followed up via phone to discuss. She listened intently and with empathy to make sure she could offer me the best plan of action.She scheduled Mason to come by within 24-48 hours to provide an estimate for the work. Mason was professional, genuine and friendly. He carefully listened to my animated stories of my wish list. He repeated the list and asked pertinent questions to ensure we were on the same page. Therefore ensuring I could be provided the best scenario for completion.Within 24 hours, Scott Wilson called to arrange a date for my wish list of “honey do” items. Scott spoke very highly of his team and wanted me to ensure I felt confident they would handle my needs with the best of care. One week later, Joey was scheduled and arrived to complete the list. He too was professional, diligent, friendly and a good steward of his time. I noticed the extra care he applied to even the menial items on my list.I could not be more pleased with every aspect and employee I dealt with. The personal touches of prompt follow up by Scott and Michelle definitely made a lasting impression on me. I will be choosing to use them for any future “honey do” items.Thank you Scott Wilson for restoring my faith in customer service satisfaction with excellence and integrity!

I was so impressed with Riverbend’s responsiveness and Allen did a fantastic job quickly fixing a water leak behind my fridge over the weekend. He even helped me clean up the water mess and agreed to stop back by later in the week after everything dries out to move the fridge back in place. The Office Team was also super friendly and walked me through shutting off the water until Allen could get here. It’s so nice to find a contractor that puts the customer first and I will be calling them again in a few weeks to replace my aging water heater and for anything other plumbing issues that come up unexpectedly!

I’ve been going back and forth with another plumbing company that did a horrible job installing my brand new water heater that I spent $3,000 on. I finally got sick of it and called Lowe’s, from whom I bought the water heater, and told them I wanted a new water heater and a new plumber since the one I had was so jacked up.Mr Ken Johnson called me as soon as I hung up the phone with Lowe’s and scheduled an appointment with me. Him and his helper Mike came out a few days later with a brand new water heater and did an absolutely incredible job during the install. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and performed exceptional work.From now on if there’s any plumbing work I need done they will be the first ones I call. Thanks Ken and Mike. Great service & highly recommend DL Plumbing- Dan came out same day, really put effort into diagnosing our problem (shower faucet, shower head leaking, shower handle problems). Gave me a competitive quote & had a crew out the next business day. Ended up resolving the issue without having to dismantle the shower (saving us $$, and letting me return $150 worth of parts to Home Depot),and Mark & Ryan were great to work with through out the day. Even had a leak in a pipe after shutting off our well water system & Mark even fixed the leaking pipe after the fact, good guy! Great team & really glad I called them for our issue. Thanks!
