Pipe Works just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. The job was brilliantly done, even the city inspector remarked on the quality. The team added features that were overlooked in the original plumbing, like an easily accessible global shut off valve. The team were on-time, professional, and hard working. Very respectful and careful with my things. And good at explaining their plan, changes made, and the rationale for what they did. I highly recommend.

I had a complete bathroom remodel and they installed the bathtub and plumbing. Every time we took a bath, the ceiling below the tub got stained from the leak. They came out and said they fixed it. We were hrsitant to use the tub again. Recently we did, and now it is leaking heavily again. When I inquired about the warranty with the company, the office assistant was very unprofessional, made rude remarks and did not take any accountability. I am stuck with taking care of their faulty work and damages.

I was given this company’s information for emergency services with a drain issue with our new home. After having another company come out the week prior we decided to call them in hopes they could figure out our problem. Allen was out to the house within the hour and was able fix our drain issue that we had been having since we moved into home. He was absolutely professional and was extremely helpful in explaining what we needed to do from there. He has since continued to follow up with us on future repairs and we’re grateful for the amazing customer service he provides. 10/10 recommend anyone to go with his services!

Dan and his crew responded immediately to my plumbing emergency which involved a previous botched plumbing job and a busted shower pipe. They were able to repair the burst pipe and broken drain, properly and professionally installing the work Dan even provided me with a life saving lesson on how to shut off my main water supply. This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
