Best Water Heater Installation in Aurora CO
After showing up 2 hours late from the window the office gave me, the technician would only up sell me on services. he refused to meet the industry standard of ~100.00 to clear the main line, wanted 250.00 and said there would need to be a scope added to that. More frustrating, he wasted my whole morning waiting around to get this service and I needed to call someone else in that would do the same job for less than half of what he wanted!

Both plumbing visits were great, last fall and today. Enjoy the transparent communication and service-oriented service by knowledgable techs.

Silas Guevara Was excellent. Got my hot building back to cool within a few hours. The price was fair and was given various options. Would endorse to anyone.

I requested a quote for some electrical work through Angie’s List and received a call from these folks within 30 minutes. They scheduled a tech to come out the next morning, and Darrell arrived on time and with all of the equipment he needed. He completed the entire job inside of 30 minutes and was extremely professional. Plus, they offer a five year warranty (I usually only see one-year) on their equipment and handiwork. Highly recommend!

Hector is wonderful! He is super friendly, timely and efficient. We will use him for all our plumbing needs from here on out and gladly recommend him and his services for anyone’s plumbing needs. He took Covid precautions seriously, which we very much appreciated.

I have used High 5 in the past and they were fine. They were slightly pricier than a mom and pop place but did good work and i had no complaints, the value and quality were even and it works. So it's only natural that I would call upon them again to expect a similar sort of value/service, right?........right?Right?!?No. What I experienced today was about as close to actual theft you can possibly commit under the guise of a service. If i was a little slower mentally and didn't pay attention or maybe i was just uninformed of how much things cost, even then it wouldn't have worked on me because IT WAS THAT BLATENTLY EVIL AND PREDATORY.Allow me to explain.I have been getting back into cooking. I have lived off takeaway/fastfood/delivery/frozen food for years, and decided to get into cooking again.Right away i found out my disposal wasnt working. Turning on the power made a low noise and nothing else. At some point this year i also had a backup in my dishwasher so i decided to get that looked at and get my disposal fixed. In wake of this, i looked up how much these things cost in general to know what kind of numbers to expect and where to push back to try and get a lower rate if necessity. If you go to amazon as of the time of this post and look up garbage disposal you will see a huge variety of units ranging from $50-200 roughly, with the vast majority of them in the $100-120 range. This tells me as a person capable of human thought, that this product plus the labor of the job done should probably end up with me out around $200-250. I was prepared for this and was ready for it.I lost my job YESTERDAY. Before the tech from High5 said a single word about the quote, i told him i just lost my job and to please not upsell me anything, because im broke. This is factually true. The tech was clearly taken aback and didnt know how to get past his upsell, so he still did it anyway, asking if i was a member of their program and starting to tell me about the benefits. So i shut that down right away saying we need to just stick to the task at hand, and he turns around a tablet with a quote of over $3k on the screen.WHAT?PARDON?He didnt just tried to upsell me, he was prepared to bankrupt me. So i noticed this said option 1 on the screen and he could scroll down. I asked him to do that and go to the cheapest one, which was at $890.WHAT?PARDON?At this point im in pure shock for a few reasons1. the dishwasher works. it doesnt need replacement. it just needs cleaning. Even he told me this could be done with a simple chemical solution they run through it. great, perfect for me and my budget.2. as mentioned up above, i already looked up how much a COMPLETE REPLACEMENT costs, which i will remind you is around $120 on average. So wheres the cost? This guy is very strongly promoting that i would need to gut and replace all the plumbing just in case and it was part of the final optional package, AND the quote for the disposal replacement was just shy of $400 to help inflate the bill. Are you actually kidding me.At this point I knew i was being robbed. Not ripped off, robbed. Again, the only person this would ever work on is someone they are being a predator on. Period. End of discussion.I got angry and said there was absolutely no point in us talking under these pretenses and told him he was welcome to leave my home.Goodbye High5, and good luck finding someone to fall for that BS.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

First of all I want to say he did an amazing job on my shower head that has been leaking since forever we were always scared of getting a plumber because they are so expensive and charge a lot for estimates he charged me a reasonable price and did not charge for an estimate which I really appreciate he also looked at other issues I was having which was a lot and gave me prices for everything which was amazing. I will now go to Jeff for any of my plumbing needs🙏

Furnace Cleaning and installation of HALO unit in return air duct.
HALO light indicator seems to be on all the time. The tech explained to me it should be on only when the furnace fan is on. Need some clarification on that. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner.

Does a good job, but has never been on time. The guys who eventually show up are professional, friendly, and have fixed what we needed done. Our landlord has sent this company to our house 3 times--they give you a 4 hour window, and each time were about 2 hours later than that window (a woman I spoke with on the phone once angrily tried to convince me that 9 am - 2 pm was 4 hours...).

Michael got to the source of our plumbing leak very quickly, fixed it with as little intrusion as possible, and explained exactly what he did to fix it.We were supposed to have a toilet installed on the same day, however it seems the team was not informed that that was going to be the case and the work on that couldn't be done. Main job was done very well, but there seems to be some slight troubles with communication between teams.Still very much appreciate Tipping Hat and they've provided us with great service.

Rubin and Rob were professional and kind.
They came in, got the job done quickly and efficiently.
They did not leave anything behind, but a perfect job and very happy client.
Also, their pricing was so reasonable!
In the future, I will use only them!

Igor was fantastic! He had my sewer backup fixed in under an hour. He did a thorough job of clearing tree roots and other potential problems. Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!
I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!

WOW -- great service, quick response and very professional. We had a main sewer line back up on a Sunday and found out quickly that NO plumbers work on Sunday(we tried no less than 15 different plumbers). After Hours Plumbing was able to get here in an hour and fixed the issue quickly. Arthur was our technician and he was AWESOME, friendly and knowledgeable! Bruce the owner was great getting us scheduled and both were super professional. We will for sure use them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for the great service!

If I could give no stars I would. This company was sent out by my home warranty to replace a hot water heater. After a lousy install (installed backwards, damage including holes in the drywall), the gas hose was leaking. I called the tech back within 10 minutes of him leaving my property and I was told the owner would have to call me. It took the owner approximately 45 minutes to call back and he told me they would return within 24 hours. In the meantime Xcel energy was out to address the gas leak, they placed a red sticker on the unit and told me it was one of the worst installs they have ever seen. This company called me back to tell me they would be out at 7:30 am the following day, at 7:00 am I received a call telling me the techs van broke down. Shocker!!! They have not came back nor have they returned several phone calls. Beware of this company, and heed the bad reviews.
