Adrian who came out was very courteous and know. He thoroughly examined our HVAC indoor system from the thermostat to the furnace itself, gave me a detailed report and potential ways to deal with some future problems.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. He gave us the best price for replacing our hot water heater - showed up when he said he would - removed the old hot water heater and carried it off - installed new hot water heater - all in about 1 hour. They placed drop cloth runners to protect the floor all the way from the back door to the hot water heater. Left NO mess and went over everything with the new hot water heater. VERY courteous, professional, and efficient... PLUS, we live in Peyton and had plumber come out from the Springs who charged us a $65 trip charge... This company came from Aurora - and no trip charge. Quality work for an awesome price. This will be our go-to-guy for plumbing service from now on!

Wanted to upgrade my 10 year old Honeywell thermostat control system installed by Bell to the latest internet connected system. Fairly complicated residential system was upgraded quickly and works perfectly. Bell is not the cheapest but they are the best.

I called a few different plumbers but none of them could come because of it was too late or no one is available. When I call Mr. Bruce, he was very nice and said he is coming soon. He did come and fixed the drain. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and very professional. I was initially very nervous to use Service Network, due to so many negative reviews online, which is why I wanted to take the time to post a positive experience and review. Like so many others have written, we had to use them to replace our water heater through Fidelity Home Warranty. Our technician Jay was awesome. Super friendly, on time, took the time to explain everything to us, and cleaned up after himself. Alex was pleasant to talk to on the phone as well. I feel bad for everyone who did not have the kind of experience we did. For anyone who chooses to or has to work with Service Network in the future, if Jay is your guy, rest assured.
