Best Water Heater in Aurora CO

Don was amazing! I am so glad they could accommodate me and within 1 1/2 of my initial call at my house to fix my plumbing issue. The troubleshooting done helped ease my concerns and within a short time we were well on our way to 100% repair. Thanks for the awesome job Don!

Install new whole home humidifier on furnace. Mark even arrived a bit early which was great. Gave me a great overview with pricing so the decision to move forward was an easy one. He was able to locate the model we decided on and install it the same day. Because of the age of our furnace there were some electrical issues which he was able to resolve for a completely successful installation. As a side note, this is not the first time we have used Brothers. They also did an amazing job on a huge mitigation project.

Excellent service and very polite! I waited to write my review until after the city's inspection. The inspection took 5 mins with no issues. I would highly recommend if you need a new water heater.

The plumber who arrived out was fantastic at explaining He provided me with additional options and info I had not considered. The one key selling point was that he was authentic and loved his profession. It’s easy to project with some one like that.

I had a really great experience with this company! I texted Jeff, we had a quick phone call and he was over 20mins later. Super fast service. He replaced a faulty valve in no time flat and was very professional and courteous and answered all of my plumbing questions about different areas of the house. I recommend his services and will not hesitate to contact him again, should the need arise.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. I was able to schedule to meet my availability and Dan took care of the line rooting and provided some helpful suggestions. The over the phone and consistent pricing is a great benefit. No surprise charges like other companies. Best gift to myself this holiday was a clean drain line and peace of mind.

Do not hire this company. I’ve spent close to $50k with these guys over the past 3 years to replace a boiler, sewer line, and have some repairs done in laundry room/bathroom. Kodiak, a project manager, has me bent over a barrel right now because they agreed to move plumbing lines in my bathroom, I paid them $14k, they started work and then said they actually couldn’t move my boiler lines without repiping whole house for another $30-40k. I reiterated they agreed to perform the work, they inspected the exposed lines before agreeing to work, and they are the ones that recommended and installed the boiler 3 years ago ($15k) because of the low cost to maintain, they should have known before taking my money and starting this new job. I’m also frustrated that the initial reason for replacing the sewer line was water backing up in basement, which continued after they replaced the sewer line for $17k (which I questioned needed replacing several times after watching scope)! Kodiak swears to me they’ll make it right and aren’t ripping me off, but has since gone radio silent and passed me along to Billy the supervisor. Billy says he can do 10% off the last project, which I told him is crazy bc they hadn’t completed the work and I expect them to do what I paid for. Billy then said maybe I should just replace my steam boiler since then I wouldn’t need the lines at all. I asked Billy if he’d buy back the steam boiler they sold me 3 years ago, which he would not. I told Billy I’m planning to have another contractor come quote the job to fix their mess and then take them to court to recoup my money. Talked with Billy 5/19 and he was going to take the weekend to think about a solution and call me back Monday 5/22. It’s 5/30 and I haven’t heard back from him yet. I wish they’d just do the work I paid for and treat me fairly, but that is the opposite of what I’ve repeatedly experienced with this company. Save your money and look somewhere else!

I've never used this company, but I was looking for a plumber in the area. When evaluating who you choose, look at how an owner responds to criticism or poor reviews. This man has severe anger issues and doesn't understand professionalism. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

Igore helped me out immensely with my hot water pressure issue in my bathroom. I would highly recommend him and if any other issues I would defiantly have him do work again

Bruce is amazing! We had an emergency where all the house water was backing up into our basement living areas through the drains. I called Bruce on a friends recommendation and I do not regret it! He stayed in communication with me as schedules changed with his people and service times and cleaned out our lines with ease. He also tested the lines to make sure the line was clean and we were not having further issues. My house is full of workers that do very dirty jobs and we cannot be without the shower or washers, I was surprised when Bruce said he could have someone out same day and Super appreciate that he himself was the one to tackle the issues. Even more so that it was at a price I could afford! Thank you for saving my day and for making me laugh when my world was crashing down! You’re a hero!

No cold water in the shower so I requested service through the warranty company. These guys picked up the job. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, and when the plumber arrived he spent a few minutes looking at it then said he could not get the handle off.

I went to go get a drill and a reverse bit to try and help him out, and as I started working on the handle he said he was going to leave and to call him when I got the handle off.

Soon after, the handle was removed, I called him in 30 minute intervals for the next couple hours, no answer or return call. I contacted my warranty company, they said that they would reach out to Service Network and tell them to get someone back out to do the work. 2 more hours have passed, no word from them. I called the warranty company again and they said they did hear back from Service Network and they were supposed to have reached out to schedule another appointment. Still no news.

Not sure what I'm paying either of them for at this point. Waste of an entire day.
