The good: once we finally got a technician to our home, he was fantastic - cheerful, helpful, did good work.The bad: They cancelled the appointment 3 times and finally showed up by duress for the 4th appointment. One of the 3 'cancellations' they called ahead. The other two they just didn't show up. Each time we called, they answered the phone with 'how can we make you smile' but when we told them how they could make us smile - by honoring their commitment, they assured us that they have to prioritize their 'customers of 30 years' over their 'new customers.'I prefer a company that simply honors their word and when they cannot keep their word, they apologize and make up for it.My wife called the owner to complain after 1 cancel and 2 no shows and he called back and left an incredibly gruff and rude message for her. I called him telling him I didn't appreciate his approach and he doubled down on how little we mean to him and how he must 'prioritize his 30 year customers over us' as if he has SO many 30 year customers. Come on. It isn't a dichotomy between those two populations.So, 1 star.If they had apologized each time they cancelled/no showed, it would be 3 or even 4 stars. I have no problem with a business simply calling and saying, 'we're so sorry, we're overbooked' or 'we're very sorry, other customers had emergencies, we'll make it up to you.' But to cancel or ignore appointments and then double down against a customer? Not good.

The repairman that arrived out was awesome! I did not get his name. He clearly stated the issue, showed what was wrong and repaired it! I was expecting a super high bill. nope! awesome price! I will use the guys again should I need them!

Johan is wonderful! He was extremely thoughtful in helping us figure out the layout for our new canned lighting and in general has been very easy to work with. Also, as a shoe free house with a baby, I love that they wear shoe covers :) We plan on using Top Shelf (and hopefully Johan) for our upcoming kitchen remodel because of how easy they are to work with.

Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Don’t hand over your hard earned money to these thieves. These guys are more worried about selling you phony warranties than service. They quoted me an astronomical $460 just to replace a simple T&P valve for my water heater. Called BIG DOG plumbing which got it done in 10mins for $150. In addition my family and I experienced frozen pipe damage and was in a time of need in an emergency situation, instead of being understanding of the unforeseen circumstances going on, these guys charged me a ridiculous 5.7k to repair 12 burst. Completely took advantage of my family in a time of need leaving us in a very dire financial situation. These guys will rip you off. Don’t use them.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Jeff fixed my hose bib! Someone else may have ripped me off by claiming I need more than I did, but he was super honest, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

They tried to charge me 1600 dollars for just a routine annual HVAC cleaning. I paid their visit fee and told them to leave as I would not pay that for a service that is typically 100-300 dollars with other companies. I'm still out 100 dollars though because of their non-refundable visit fee.

We were not pleased with the service at Colorado Sewer Service. We were charged twice for the same problem they came to fix. One worker came to unclog a drain in an apartment, could not fix the issue, so they sent a second worker for the same problem. When the second worker tried to unclog it, he couldn't get it to open up either in the first unit and decided to go into the upstairs unit to try from there. This worked and he got the drain unclogged, but when we were billed it was $245 instead of $122. We called to inquire about this and the lady on the phone told us in an uncaring way that because they entered two apartments there's two billing services, regardless of whether it is the same issue or not. We were very frustrated and won't be returning to CSS.

Andrei did a great job! I had some issues with a bathroom renovation I was working on and he came out within 2hrs and the work was done an hour later.

Igor was recommended by a neighbor who is a painter. I have used him twice and and both times he was on time, gave me a fair quote once he saw what needed to be done, did the work as promised and no problems whatsoever. I trust his recommendations, he really seems to know what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell just to make more money. If I tell him I want a quick, cheap fix, he will do it or if I want something to last, he will tell me the best way. I feel like I am in good hands and can count on Igor for any plumbing needs. He replaced cartridges in my shower and bathroom faucets. Replaced the drain and stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced all hoses and valves to the sink faucets and toilets, installed a garbage disposer, installed an air conditioner condensation drain, installed a water main shut off valve and replaced gas shut off valves to the furnace and water heater. We just moved into the house and wanted to make sure everything was in working order since the faucets were dripping, the drain pipe broke and air conditioner was leaking. I will be calling Igor for all our pluming needs from now on and highly recommend him!

Recently had Bruce come out to fix a pipe that had cracked. If we turned on the hose outside, it flooded our basement — yikes! Called him on Friday and he came on Saturday — talk about quick service. He was funny, personable, and got the job done. Thanks, Bruce!

Chris S. did a great job fixing our AC unit. Our unit was a bit different than the standard ones, so parts were a bit hard to find. I thought he would need to come back another day to service the unit cuz he didn't have the parts, but instead he went around looking for the parts so he can get the AC unit fixed that day. He also gave us couple tips on caring for the AC unit. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable...would definitely recommend them to service your AC unit!
