This is one the least stressful experience we had to deal with contractors. Dimitar and Boris were very understanding and accommodating. Listened to our needs and adjusted their resources and time. The technician was great. He had the vibe of a super nice business owner and took perfect COVID precautions. Best of all, he unclogged a shower drain, a sink drain, and a toilet in less than an hour, for a reasonable price. Probably the best plumber experience I've had as a homeowner!

I needed to have my Hose Bibb replaced and had called 4 different plumbers; none showed up 4 weeks in a row! I called Applewood and the technician that came had a hip replacement and immediately said he couldn’t go into the crawl space and he had lifting restrictions so he couldn’t lift the trap door to go into the crawl space and that someone else would have to come and do the work at another date. Then he wanted to charge me $825.60 with the cost of membership!I called High 5 last Saturday and they booked an appointment for this Saturday between 10 to 12. I received a text at 9:43 that my technician was on his way and they sent me a picture and information about my technician, Jonathan and he arrived within 30 minutes of that text. Jonathan and Joseph arrived and were very professional and friendly. They assessed my Hose Bibb from the outside and then went down into the crawl space to assess as well and then they comprised an estimate. With a 1 year membership included in the estimate, it was quite a bit less than Applewood’s estimate..AND Jonathan was going to do the job today…not send someone else at a later date to complete the job!Jonathan and Joseph got right to work and had the job completed in no time! I’m going to be 65 soon and lifting the trap door to the crawl space is too heavy for me and climbing into my crawl space to change my furnace filter is a challenge! Since they had the space open, I was going to replace my filter while they were here; However, these young men offered to change the filter so I wouldn’t have to go down there to do it! How sweet is that!? These young men are awesome!I am extremely pleased with these two young men! Jonathan and Joseph were wonderful and I am looking forward to a long history of they’re professionalism to assist me with all of my plumbing needs! They were kind, considerate, professional, knowledgeable and proficient at their jobs and left everything tidy and clean! Work was completed in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. It was quite an expensive appointment … for getting my water line connected to my new refrigerator. I expected about half of the overall charges.Jim was very personable and professional. He explained what he’d be doing and was very thorough. He also helped me keep the fridge from easily being pulled by opening the closed, by lowering the fridge’s “feet”.

The crew that came to our house from the Lakewood office was polite, informative, well-prepared, and knowledgeable. They came quickly too!

Andrei was great at installing our new hot water heater. The whole thing was great. He provided an affordable quote and timely service, even around the holidays. Working in an older apartment with some weird angles was no problem for him. Would hire again!

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

On the expensive side but came out on very cold Sunday to clean drain that was clogged backing up into house. Andrew I think his name was, very Friendly and helpful
