The entire interaction felt disingenuous. First, I got a text saying they had been to my house recently about my heating or air conditioning. Not true. They came over a year ago to do electric. The electrician, no longer with them, was fantastic. Anyway, then once we had that straightened out, an “expert” came and looked at my unit and gave me a bid on a new swamp cooler, making awkward comments like that my house was really clean and what nice sunflowers I had. He was young and was probably told to make nice comments, but it felt slimy. His pitch was kind of high pressure, saying “when” not “if” they did the work. Finally he gave me bid. Way more than I had anticipated, which I told him. He then said his boss would send me his “best price” bid. It was a full $1000 less. The whole thing just felt creepy. Too bad, because the electrical work was great!

Hector was fantastic to work with. He is honest, smart, knowledgeable and was able to work with my tight timeframe. His pricing is competitive and I certainly plan to use him again in the future.

Josh did a great job with providing us with a drainage system for oursprinkler system. He also showed us what he did andprovided us info on how it works to drain the system whenwinter comes to blow out the lines to prevent freezingthe outside lines. Responsive, easy to get an appointment, showed up when he said he was going to, did a great job, and charged less than others with a neighborhood reputation for being the most affordable! Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend. Did pipe relocation, hooked up some sinks, installed shower hardware, etc. Will be calling Jeff in the future for all plumbing issues.

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Vuk and Jacob from Bell Plumbing installed our new furnace on February 16, 2023. They were courteous, professional and personable! They worked steadily; eagerly answered all questions. They made a very difficult situation, as we had very cold snowy outdoor temperatures .. more tolerable. Bell Plumbing delivered space heaters before the installation date as it needed to acquire parts and design the new furnace for the location in our home. The furnace is working great! Bell Plumbing is a reputable and professional company!

Pedro was awesome. Not only was he willing to text with my partner to evaluate the problem and see if he could support us problem solving through it, he was then very available to be out 12 hours later first thing in the morning. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was able to simplify what was an imevesssrily complicated initial pipe configuration that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. After getting an under mount sink with some new countertops, the entire under sink piping shifted and would not go back. Pedro not only got everything g reconnected but removed some of the unnecessary pieces. Now our under sink area is functioning great and is more spacious. Service Network installed a furnace in my home under a home warranty. The install seemed to go well until months later an inspection revealed a leak in the gas line due to Improper Installation. My wife, son, and I lived in a home for almost 2 years with a gas leak because of their mistake. I called and emailed the company to try and give them a chance to make it right, but they said they would have someone call me, and also ignored my email. Shoddy workmanship and no concern with following up on their jobs - use them at your own risk.
