Best Water Heater Repair in Aurora CO

Had an issue with the water heater and had Cliff come out...Awesome work, very polite, and timely!!! Highly recommended.

Had Master Plumber evaluate and guess anywhere from $10k-$18k, possibly higher for boiler/hot water replacement. Brothers sent Boiler Crew to give estimate, came up with an estimate of $39,877.00. Way out of the ballpark. They did not offer any senior or Veteran discount, and were not engaged with product.Had a top notch company I had used for my residence in Denver, Mighty Plumbing and Heating, and they were professional and complete with evaluation and explanation. The estimate and service offered was fair and respectable, and hired Mighty for job.

Val was on time, polite, very knowledgable and he did a great job!
Price was competitive and there were no hidden cost!
Will definitely use these guys again!

After contacting another company which told us we needed a new a/c system for $7,000, we contacted Veterans Air. Phillip arrived out and told us we just had a leak. The fix (including refrigerant) was $1,430! He was the most professional, kind and knowledgeable technician we have ever met. We had questions and he answered them thoroughly, never appearing to need to rush out. I can't recommend this company more.

Top Shelf came to my home and did an awesome job of installing my HALO system. He explained everything he was doing and why it would be a better water system for our home. He was responsive to our sense of urgency and our needs.

Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

We scheduled an appointment the night prior on line and high 5 was super responsive and communicative through out the process. Jason showed up within the time window after we received a message with a link to his actual location. Jason was super friendly and helpful in providing options and different services we could do to fix the issue. Though the price felt a bit high I don’t have much of a baseline to compare it to. The work was finished quickly and everything was cleaned up. And of course we got a high five at the end!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Upon arrival, we walked Kurt through the house to discuss some of the “projects” we needed help with. He evaluated the issues and made a number of suggested fixes we should undertake immediately, as well as advised us on the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing a basement toilet. Based on his experience, his professional advice was very appreciated. He was patient and thorough in explaining what repair work he was performing, what it would accomplish and how best to effectively maximize his service call.

I to get a fuse box replacement which meant that my house had to be brought up to code because it was built in the early 80's. Chris and William did a great job with the install and updates. However, there was one circuit that had to be readjusted. Kyle came out a few days later and was able to quickly fix the problem.

Jeremy and John did a great job doing the ground work at my place in centennial ranch...in westcliffe co. Very professional, quality work, and great people! I wold highly recommend these guys and flowrite everytime.

Started hearing a weird sound whenever I used the guest restroom so I went on a Facebook mom page and asked for recommendations. Got Bruce's contact and called him. He was polite and asked to hear the weird noise over the phone so he can figure out what might be wrong before he came. He even stopped by to grab the part he thinks we might need before coming to my house. He tried to fix the issue without needing to install a new pressure valve. In the end, we both agreed we definitely needed a new valve and I felt comfortable with the choice. He included me in the process and explained the problem very well. I did not feel pressured into spending the money needed. He was professional and fast. I definitely will save his contact information for next time and will highly recommend him in the future. No cold water in the shower so I requested service through the warranty company. These guys picked up the job. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, and when the plumber arrived he spent a few minutes looking at it then said he could not get the handle off.

I went to go get a drill and a reverse bit to try and help him out, and as I started working on the handle he said he was going to leave and to call him when I got the handle off.

Soon after, the handle was removed, I called him in 30 minute intervals for the next couple hours, no answer or return call. I contacted my warranty company, they said that they would reach out to Service Network and tell them to get someone back out to do the work. 2 more hours have passed, no word from them. I called the warranty company again and they said they did hear back from Service Network and they were supposed to have reached out to schedule another appointment. Still no news.

Not sure what I'm paying either of them for at this point. Waste of an entire day.
