Best Water Heater Repair in Aurora CO
Don with King Rooter and Plumbing did a great job replacing our 27-year-old water heater. He brought everything up to code and made the installation look much nicer than the old one. I'm very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. Also, King charged considerably less than 2 other plumbing companies. Another guy gave me an estimate over the phone that was about the same but he didn't bother to come check out what was needed. I found King Rooter and Plumbing on Home Advisor.

This company and their employees provide VERY high quality services that I can depend on. They also give warranties on all their work. They are a little more expensive but it's worth the peace of mind. Highly recommend them.

Top Shelf did an amazing job installing lights in our house where other electricians said could not be done. They were extremely punctual and accommodating to requests to get the job done to our liking. Overall they were fairly priced and their customer service was unmatched.

Excellent and good service from a young man. Héctor came to the rescue when I needed a new faucet installed and to repair a pipe that had been causing me damage. He was clear on pricing and got the job done to perfection. He also installed a water heater for a very reasonable price, nothing like other companies were trying to charge me. Overall, I am really satisfied with the job he did. For such a young age he is really informative and knows a lot of what he’s doing 👍🏼 Thank you Héctor !

Stephen was the plumber that came out to repair the drain pipe in my basement. He was very informative and helped me understand the cause and nature of the problem. He explained various options in terms of dealing with the acute problem at hand but also additional long-term considerations given that I had already had to rip out a certain amount of drywall. I am sure it will ultimately save me money long term. He made me aware of certain discount options that I was able to take it advantage of. He was extremely professional honest courteous and skilled. He was very mindful of taking appropriate Covid precautions. He went over the repairs with me very thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was able to make very useful recommendations for someone to help with drywall repairs. Their membership looks like a very good deal. I will use them again and recommend them very highly. I’ve had several different plumbing companies come in for repairs in the past High 5 has impressed me the most of any of them.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Jeff fixed my hose bib! Someone else may have ripped me off by claiming I need more than I did, but he was super honest, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Brian S is an excellent technician. He quickly assessed the situation and called for the parts he needed. There were some marginal installation problems from previous work in the water heater installation that he corrected, including items that needed to pass code. He worked quickly, neatly, and steadily. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained his action thoroughly to my understanding.I thought the entire installation was pretty expensive, but I've not had this type work done in a long time and did not anticipate the way costs have gone up. The important thing is that I now I have a reliable hot water system installed in a professional and neat manner.

I called late in the evening and Pam was quick to respond and set up an appointment to have my homes sewer line cleaned. Raymond called early and arrived on time. He was very helpful and discussed the process to me. I was very happy with the overall turnout and would recommend Colorado Sewer Services to anyone with a sewer clog or backup.

Tipping Hat installed a complete new HVAC system in our home. They provided great service from the time they set up the appointment to quote, to providing a quote with no hidden costs. The installation by the team was accomplished with no problems. They laid down coverings over the floor and were very careful to not hit any walls or doors. Their installation is very professional an clean looking. The installation crew cleaned the area prior to leaving. They also explained what they had done and and how to maintain the system between maintenance visits. They ensured that all systems were working properly prior to leaving the job. I will continue to utilize Tipping Hat for any electrical and plumbing needs I might have around the house. I will also be recommending them to my family and friends. GREAT company to do business with.

Terrible company. Do not use. I have an emergency and they could care less. My water heater is literally leaking and causing water damage to my house and needs to be addressed immediately, but they don't do emergency things I guess. I unfortunately have to use my home warranty, who is equally as bad, Fidelity National Home Warranty, avoid them as well. They have tried to contact them and now that they can't they want to offer me a cash out that no one even remotely covers the little amount they want to give.
These people however, finally answered a phone call after me explaining that this leak is causing water damage to my home and mold and mildew. They finally said they could get someone out to drain and move it and would come back the next day or 2 to put in the new water heater. 3 hours later and literally over dozens of phone calls later, no is responding and no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My water heater is still leaking and causing damage as I write this and I am also still dialing trying to get someone to answer. DO NOT call these people for anything. They will not show up and they could care less about their customer.
After reading the responses from their customer service team, let me head you off there. My warranty company may be terrible, but when they have already authorized you guys to do the work and refuse to call me back, answer any of my phone calls or answer the warranty company's phone call, the fault lies solely on you and your company. If you do not want to own up to your terrible business practices and customer services, don't hide behind the warranty company like you don't understand how to answer a phone or return a phone call. These issues from all of these reviews are on you.
