I needed both plumbing and some HVAC services for my kitchen remodel. New Connect Plumbing did a number of different services and they did a fantastic job! Pedro immediately grasped some complicated needs, gave a completely reasonable estimate, and then took care of all my various issues. Excelente servicio.Llegaron para hacer un estimado para reparar una tubería, pero me ofrecieron un servicio que ninguna otra empresa tiene: hydrojet.Al principio estaba renuente, pero me explicaron las ventajas comparado a reemplazar toda la tubería, inicialmente les dije no, pero me arrepentí a las horas y volví a llamar a Carlos y pudo venir el mismo día y arreglo todo.Carlos habla español y portugués lo cual es muy ventajoso. Jacob came out and cleared the kitchen sink clog, as well as answered some of my plumbing questions. He gave me advice about some ancillary issues at the house and set me up with a second appointment for the same day. He put me in touch with a remediation company as well, because I told him of the overflow flood that we had due to the sink.Overall: excellent service, great listener, nice guy.

George was great!!! He got the job in an a shorter amount of time than expected it was done well and and for a reasonable price. As far as plumbing goes that is. LOL!!! Thanks George for putting up with all 11 kids and 3 dogs. We appreciate you.

Leon was AWESOME. A+ service.

He worked quickly and was able to help us as my husband and I decided to add services. Leon was able to bring our water shutoff valve up (where it should have been), install a gas line to convert our oven to gas, and replace the previous “homeowner hack job” under our kitchen sink that was causing leaks.

We’ll continue to call on Leon for our plumbing needs as they arise and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help.

Price advertised is just a base price. Charged an extra $150 to take the toilet off- this was 2 bolts and took a minute tops. After saying the problem was from the main sewage line twice and trying to up sell us, (we refused) the work was done half hearted. When the toilet was put back, it wasn’t working and we were told a scope was the only way to see what was blocking. My husband plunged toilet and solved the blockage. I have never felt so scammed in my life. I would absolutely NEVER use this company again! Completely disappointed.
