Great job Brothers!Our swamp cooler wasn't getting power to the Thermostat. I called around to a number of businesses looking for an electrician that could help diagnose the power issue. Other companies didn't seem to understand that although the thermostat is connected a swamp cooler the real issue doesn't require an HVAC tech.I called Brothers Heating, Cooling and Electric and they listened to my issues and dispatched the proper tradesman. Nick was on time, upfront about the charges and scope of work and was able to diagnose the wiring quickly. He corrected the issues making my home safer and got our swamp cooler up and running. Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Chris was prompt, knowledgeable, tidy, and able to quickly troubleshoot and repair my emergency plumbing situation. High Five initially had only an after hours slot available which had an additional fee. It was an emergency so I agreed, gratefully. They said if an earlier appointment became available they would give me that slot. One did become available and they moved my appointment up to a time that did not require the additional fee.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Called Flow-Rite at 8am for a plumbing repair and the technician was at my house by 11am. He finished the job within an hour and it looks great. I will use Flow-Rite again.

They have done a few showers and vanities for us, great prices and great customer service, always on a timely basis, will keep working with them on our basement projects and bathroom remodels.

No cold water in the shower so I requested service through the warranty company. These guys picked up the job. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, and when the plumber arrived he spent a few minutes looking at it then said he could not get the handle off.

I went to go get a drill and a reverse bit to try and help him out, and as I started working on the handle he said he was going to leave and to call him when I got the handle off.

Soon after, the handle was removed, I called him in 30 minute intervals for the next couple hours, no answer or return call. I contacted my warranty company, they said that they would reach out to Service Network and tell them to get someone back out to do the work. 2 more hours have passed, no word from them. I called the warranty company again and they said they did hear back from Service Network and they were supposed to have reached out to schedule another appointment. Still no news.

Not sure what I'm paying either of them for at this point. Waste of an entire day.
