Aaron did a great job repairing the leak on the water valve to our toilet. He gave a very good explanation of what happened and how it needed to be repaired. Also made recommendations on how to prevent this from happening in our other bathrooms. Next time we need plumbing repairs we will request Aaron.

Called Euro Plumbing on a Sunday morning after finding out our water heater was broken the night before. Dimitar was able to fit us in the same day, much appreciated as we were not looking forward to another cold shower. Even though Dimitar had to pushed back the arrival time due to traffic and a busy schedule, he came and installed a new water heater as promised. The service was quick, thorough, and well priced. Definitely recommend his service.

Everything went well except for the new light switch is about 0.75” lower than the rest in the house, including one 2 feet away

They came back and fixed the issue. I need to sand and paint the extra hole patch now but no huge deal. Glad they fixed it up!

Excellent and good service from a young man. Héctor came to the rescue when I needed a new faucet installed and to repair a pipe that had been causing me damage. He was clear on pricing and got the job done to perfection. He also installed a water heater for a very reasonable price, nothing like other companies were trying to charge me. Overall, I am really satisfied with the job he did. For such a young age he is really informative and knows a lot of what he’s doing 👍🏼 Thank you Héctor !

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Would not give estimate over the phone. “Said there would be $49 service charge (that would be deducted if they did work)for coming out to look at garbage disposal removal & replacement. Said it would be $505.00 to install as I had already purchased replacement. What a rip off! Sent him on his way with a $49 check!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not recommend as 3-4 times higher than other estimates that I have now secured! He had pricing chart on his iPad that showed the charges so why couldn’t they have shared that over the phone when I asked for it? Guess they would prefer to rip off customers.

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

What a nightmare I had at my house but Pedro and Bruce tackled the job with confidence and completed a job roto rooter charged $400 for and didn’t do anything. Pedro is a master plumber and is the right guy to handle the job! Thanks you Pedro!

If I could give a lower score, I would. The scheduler was really nice and helpful. The service tech was horrible. Basically cussed and complained about everything and didn't fix the issue.
