Best Toilet Install in Aurora CO

We had pipes backing up on a Wednesday in our business. They came to fix it, put in a camera and saw that there was a blockage. That they had to drill a hole into the floor to get to the pipe that was blocked. Cut the pipe open, retrieve the blockage and repair it. They were here the next morning at 9 AM and had it fixed by 2 o’clock! I highly recommend king Rooter plumbing for any of your needs!

We had Euro Plumbing replace our gas water heater yesterday . Andon was here timely and did an excellent job installing the AOSmith water heater. They were also flexible in changing our scheduled time due to an unexpected snow storm. Once installed, Andon showed us how to control and operate the water heater. He was very professional and also took care to protect our floors. We asked him to also look at our water shutoff valves which he confirmed would be good to replace, and we will have them replace for us in the near future. We highly recommend Andon for your plumbing needs.

They were quick, responsive, and about $3000 cheaper than the quote i got last year. The person who came out to give the quote was the person doing the installation, so there wasn't any disconnect in message or what was agreed.

I contacted Superior Mile High Plumbing for an emergency plumbing matter. Hector was flexible and responsive when other supposeded 24/7 plumbers were not. Steven was extremely professional and very helpful. He replaced our main water pipe with a new valve and the price was extremely fair. He took about 40 mins total. My girlfriend and I were extremely pleased and relieved. It’s hot and we couldn’t have our water on she to a broken line, but now everything works awesome! Thank you Steven! Brandon and Rustin arrived to deal with a neglected Rinnai tankless we inherited when we moved here 8 yrs. ago. We all determined expensive repair would not be of much use. They had a top O' line 50 gal unit in the trunk and we made an UNSOLISTED decision to trash the tankless and install it. I supervised the operation and while the project was more expensive than we planned on, I was very impressed by their efficiency, skill and teamwork. I called for service due to my boiler system not functioning as normal. Tipping hat was able to schedule me for same day service. The service tech Mitchell was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was able to identify the issue on the system within 5 mins. Fix it within another 5 mins, 100% functioning. Not to mention the day prior I had another company come out and was told I needed to replace the entire piping of my system for $8,000. You have created a loyal customer out of this.

We hired Ruben to take a look at our water heater after we had black water damage. Ruben was quick to respond and quick to take a look at everything. He was half the cost of other big plumbing companies and I felt like he did an even better job than they would have. I dint have to wait to get what I needed and he was flexible with the other contractors. We will be using him again in the future.

They have done a few showers and vanities for us, great prices and great customer service, always on a timely basis, will keep working with them on our basement projects and bathroom remodels.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.

My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.

When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.

Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?

Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.
