Steve was great! He fixed the leak under my bathroom sink and replaced the old faucet and he also was able to change out the faucet in my kitchen. There were not shut off valves under my kitchen sink. He added to as asceell. He made time to do that for me. I have used them in before and my experience has been positive. I will always call with any plumbing issue. I feel the prices are fair. I appreciate APC andvrheir people.

Charlie was very informed about Koehler toilets and had to locate their parts as Koehler can not be repaired with universal materials. He had to travel 45 minutes to get the parts and return for a 20 minute repair.I do have to say Done Plumbing charged an outrageous price for the parts and service. We could have bought a new toilet for less!
