George G. did a thorough and excellent job for us by first finding where the shut-off valve is in our basement, which isn't obvious and after 36 years in the home, it wasn't where we expected it to be. He then replaced the shut-off valve to our new refrigerator. However, rather than replacing the valve with the same type of valve it originally was equipped with, George updated the valve with a better quality and more accessible valve. In addition, George took precaution to use a fire resistant cloth while sautering copper pipes together. George is professional and has excellent skills. He looks out for the client.

Paul was professional, responsive, and communicated throughout the process. I called him to help unclog a basement drain. He responded and showed two hours later. He was very honest with his diagnostic and recommended a couple other companies that he trusted and worked with in the past as the repairs were out of the scope of his services. Paul was very honest and provided me with other options to minimize the cost. I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Recently had a back up in the sewer pipe. Called Roto Rooter and they sent out Brandon same day. He fixed the problem and explained to me what was going on with the roots seeping into the pipes. Ryan was awesome. He explained what the issue was and while we were expecting the boiler to need replacement, he showed us it was a controller issue instead and he fixed it right away and savedus thousands over boiler replacement. We have used Plumbline 3 times now and have always been happy with the result and will continue to use them in the future!

Amazing! These guys were fast and professional. I had a clogged drain in our basement that I tried to fix to no avail. I got a quote from them in less than two minutes of requesting on yelp. I called them up, they dispatched a plumber who arrived within the hour. In less than 10 minutes, the problem was solved and they cleaned the area. All for a reasonable price.

I will definitely hire them again if I run into any plumbing issues, but they told me how to prevent the problem moving forward so that it won't happen again. Highly recommended!
