Roto-Rooter is always so dependable!!! They are one of the most expensive plumbing services out there I won't dent that. But when you have a middle of the night or late at night main or service line back up they will make sure to get a technician out ASAP. In addition to getting the service line cleared at 1:00am they provided a complimentary scope to help us figure out what exactly was going on. Which found root intrusion and now I can plan with the city the best course of action to get things taken care of.

Nelson has come to our house and our rental house several times from issues ranging to plugged drains and installing clean-outs to replacing antique valves that could have broken if not replaced. He is super pleasant to work with, affordable, honest and punctual. I highly recommend Nelson!

I called this morning and someone answered and had someone (Cole) in my home within a few hours. The response time was great. Cole arrived, assessed my situation, gathered the items needed including a new water heater to complete the project. Cole not only did an excellent job he was friendly and professional. He even loved on my dog and left my house as clean as it was before he was needed.
