I highly recommend Euro plumbing. I had a failing pressure reducing valve and they did a great job. This is my second experience with Euro plumbing as they put in my tankless water heater about 4 years ago (running great by the way). Val, the technician called ahead and came on time. Super friendly and very skilled. After he put in the new pressure reducing valve, Val checked my tankless and the reserve tank had cracked from the excess pressure. He replaced that at cost and did not charge me anymore than the replacement tank cost! They quoted a price and guess what - that included tax and everything. It was an out-the-door price. Wow! Love these guys. I recommended them to a friend and personally I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems! Thank you Val! You guys are the BEST!

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

After my AC unit broke down this summer in 95+ degree heat, I googled HVAC companies and came across Tipping Hat. Since they had great reviews I decided to give them a call. Their customer service people were outstanding and were able to get a tech out to my home the same day. The Tech, Mitchell arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my issue. After reviewing my options, I decided it might be better to replace rather than repair my unit. Michael Lia the tech manager arrived the same day, reviewed the condition of my 15 year old installation, and offered several options to improve the overall airflow in my home. I hesitated and decided to gather additional quotes from local providers. At the end of the day, Tipping Hat's original quotes were competitive with the competition and I decided to go with them. 5 days later (delayed only by my own travel plans) , Michael, Manny, Alden and Romeo arrived to replace my entire system. The guys were polite, professional and diligent. They were able to completely remove and replace my entire system in one day. They cleaned up very well and hauled away all of the old gear. The overall experience was painless, and my house is cooler and has better airflow than ever. I could not be more happy with the results! I highly recommend Tipping Hat for HVAC services, and will reach back out to them for plumbing or other services that may come up.

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.
My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.
Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?
Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

Highly recommend After Hours Plumbing! We had a leak in a bathroom on a Saturday & Arthur came out quickly and repaired it. Both he & Bruce were honest and communicated everything clearly. Will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Professional Plumbers have responded to 3-4 urgent plumbing leaks in about two week's time for properties I manage and they've been able to respond within hours where others were scheduling a few to several days out. Impressive!
