I am very happy with this company. They were helping us replace the recycling line. They were perfect in everything: communication, scheduling, pricing, timing, attitude. Al did his job fast and cleaned up after himself which isn’t very common for constructors!

Excellent and good service from a young man. Héctor came to the rescue when I needed a new faucet installed and to repair a pipe that had been causing me damage. He was clear on pricing and got the job done to perfection. He also installed a water heater for a very reasonable price, nothing like other companies were trying to charge me. My technician, Tyler M and his Apprentice Micah were very knowledgeable and explained everything that was to be done. They understood my concerns with the location of the circuits for the new sump pump and made some suggestions which actually worked out well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical needs. In fact I will be calling them back in the near future to change out the can lights in our kitchen! Tipping Hat Plumbing saved our bathroom! We had a leak due to some shoddy work done before we purchased our condo. The leak effected our unit and the one below. Worst of all, it put our shower out of commission.We owe Jay so much!! He was able not only to identify the source of our problem, but assist in navigating what turned into an un-scheduled shower remodel. Dan and Austin assisted with the installation of the new plumbing system. They were great and made sure that we would not need to worry about this particular issue repeating in the future.The entire team was polite, patient, and punctual. The communication was top notch. We had Ruben and his team, Kat and Juan install drain, sump pump and snake a drain for us. They did a fantastic job and the pricing was fair. You could instantly tell that the Ruben and his team are knowledgeable and I will be calling on them again for future plumbing issues.

Igor took on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe project at our house and we are so glad to have found him and Express Plumbing. He was able to get the work completed before some of the other companies we reached out to were able to even come out for a quote, and was the most affordable by far. I was so happy with his work that when a plumbing issue came up at my work, we called him up and he was able to get the problem fixed same day! I can’t reccomend highly enough, thank you Igor!!

We called After Hours Plumbing when we turned on our sprinkler system and it was leaking around the valve. Art came out the next day and helped us fix the problem right away. He also looked at our kitchen sink and gave us advice on the leaky faucet. Art was AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and funny. We would 100% use his services again!

Pedro was awesome. Not only was he willing to text with my partner to evaluate the problem and see if he could support us problem solving through it, he was then very available to be out 12 hours later first thing in the morning. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was able to simplify what was an imevesssrily complicated initial pipe configuration that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. After getting an under mount sink with some new countertops, the entire under sink piping shifted and would not go back. Pedro not only got everything g reconnected but removed some of the unnecessary pieces. Now our under sink area is functioning great and is more spacious. Will refit let continue to have this company be our go to! Thanks again!

Great experience with Carlos. Top notch service tech. Was out within 2hrs of calling him. Rootered and Scoped our main sewer line. Cleaned up well after the job. Would highly recommend him!

Our kitchen sinks backed up on Friday and when I ran the disposal, water came shooting out in the cabinet underneath. It was a total mess and we couldn't use the sink all weekend. Monday morning I ran the dishwasher. When Devon got here, nothing was wrong. lol He offered an $80 charge for just a service visit or $170 to snake it anyway. I said go for it and I'm so glad I did! Apparently all the business under there was clogged with grease. We always use a grease can but Devon informed us that all food breaks down and eventually turns into grease and we have lived here for 16 years. I would totally use this company again. The only thing I would suggest is that when they bring the compressor in, they put something under it so they don't scratch one of a kind wood floors. I'm a bit perturbed about that.

We've been without air conditioning for going on 6 weeks now because of First American Home Warranty. To get it fixed now, we're at the mercy of Service Network and we'll do whatever as my entire family including the dogs sleep in the unfinished basement now to stay cool. Service Network gave us an appointment 6 days out - obviously couldn't care about our situation - and then told us we didn't actually have an appointment because we never confirmed. Seriously? We're desperate! Why would we not confirm. Now they say we'll have to wait another 9 days.
