Edit: 2nd call to Euro Plumbing was just as good as job 1. Vanko did an excellent job replacing some leaking valves and a drain. The price was ridiculously good compared to competitors, too.

I'm no HVAC expert, but Gerardo, Marshall, and Dylan dida great job installing an efficient system. During the installation, even when issues with my house came up, they kept me in the loop and helped me understand each decision along the way. They were able to get the parts and installation done weeks sooner than our other options, and if something goes wrong with the system I'm expecting it will also be a quick seamless experience.

Dakota was super helpful, friendly, and patient with me as he walked through my issue and resolution. He made this experience very manageable. I hope he is getting the recognition he deserves. One critique I have for the company is the cost for work is highly inflated. The only reason for paying it is because I know now that my work has a warranty. I’m sure a few professional plumbers could have quoted me far less. Dakota deserves 10 out of 5 stars. The company, not so much for price gouging.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

Dominic was on time and polite. He explained exactly how much the charge would be and went over with me in detail what the charges covered before he began. He did not take my credit card until after the work was completed and inspected and I could see that he had done everything he had promised to do. A joy to have your employee in my house working for me.

Very difficult to coordinate with and dont fix problems well. This will be my second time within 2 weeks where they have come out to try unclogging my bathtub drain. Last time they did not show up within the time window they promised so I had to wait around the house for an extra 2 hours longer than expected. Let's hope they show up on time and fix the problem tomorrow, but I have low expectations based on their previous reputation.

My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

We had to urgently call a plumber after a pipe burst in our basement. After calling multiple companies who said that they could not come out until the next day or later we found After Hours Plumbing and Drainage Services. Bruce came out within two hours in the evening on a Monday. He found and repaired the leak promptly and gave us suggestions on water restoration companies. The price was steep but it was also an emergency visit during a busy time.

I wouldn’t hire or work with this company. They came out about a year ago and installed a new water heater for us. After a year the connections have been corroding and after looking at it myself and speaking with another certified master plumber we realized they were too lazy to swap out the old pipes/connections from the old water heater. When we called to inform them about this, they were reluctant and refused to fix it on their expense because “I” was not their customer but the insurance company was. It’s just really disappointing to hear and see that this type of customer service exists. They don’t put you first but are worried about how they’ll make money instead of just providing a quality service.

Truly disappointed to say the least.
