The technicians that installed the equipment were very diligent. I would recommend them again.Update: changed from 4-star to 2-star. Compressor does not come on. Technician STEVEN (he gets 5 star). Came out and told us that they installed the unit way to close to the fence. There was also a coolent leak causing unit to shut down. Now it’s wait-and-see when they can come out and fix the problems.

What a nightmare I had at my house but Pedro and Bruce tackled the job with confidence and completed a job roto rooter charged $400 for and didn’t do anything. Pedro is a master plumber and is the right guy to handle the job! Thanks you Pedro!

I have to say if you are looking for a company to go above and beyond this is it. Tyson was the person they sent out to help me; and he was kind, professional, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. I was panicked, called another plumber who promised same day, and then did not show up. However, Jim Needham's team promised 2 hours or less and they delivered. Truly appreciative, and will recommend again

This guy almost hit me and jerked his wheel towards my vehicle on the highway getting off on arapahoe rd. Then when I tried to get a better picture of his vehicle he jumped out to confront me. Please send this man to driving school because he obviously got his license from a Cracker Jack box. SMDH!!!

Update: I like to give credit where it's due, a day after my review I was called by a customer support agent who advised that they would make sure my issue was resolved. They offered to credit me the $1000 and deal with Xcel on their own time which was a perfect resolution for me. I just had to have a tech come check out my system once more (Got to see Jack again, great tech) and fill out another rebate form. I've raise my rating as a result of this quick response. I'm still keeping one star as interest on my rebate ;)-----------I wish I could leave a 5 star, initially I had a really good experience with this company. Last year our AC took it's last breath, I had another company come out and tell me it was dead, then I had Done come out for a second opinion as well as a second quote. I also had one other quote during this time for a full system replacement. They were all pretty close in price, but Done had them beat by just enough since they were doing a rebate of $1000. I'd also like to point out the rep for Done was much better at explaining the systems and benefits. So, 3-4 days of shopping and I settled with Done, about a week later I got my system installed in a single day. Great work, it's working great still. My problem is that it's a year later and I have still yet to receive my $1000 rebate. I've called 6+ times and emailed. Initially I chose to have it credited to my electric bill, and after 4-5 calls was informed they're having issues with Xcel crediting people, so I say No worries, I honestly just want a check at this point I was told they'd have to get the approval of the finance.. or accounting team or some other.. that was several months ago and I've heard nothing, received nothing. At this point I've just accepted a $1000 loss, which ironically was the reason I went with Done in the first place. It feels like a bait and switch, I'm sure it's not malicious but I just don't know how something like that falls through the cracks.

What can I say? Every time I call Oracle Plumbing they are quick to answer the phone. When something is scheduled, always on time! Professional and knowledgeable in the industry. Usually next day. Oh and yea, they can fix anything and won't leave until the job is done to satisfaction!
