Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Aurora CO

I am just looking for good honest folks when I hire tradesman…Not fully honest and over priced. Delayed my project 2 days.

Brothers answered my call instantly. Brenda was very helpful and sweet, at 9:45 PM. The promised time slot the following day was met and very much appreciated - especially since my previous promised time slot with a different company had been repeatedly put off - for 3 days!! The technician who handled my call, John Morgan, was superb! He was professional, very kind, and thoroughly skilled! He replaced the old, failed 30+ year-old outdoor faucet and got my water supply turned back on. He also replaced our 30-year-old garbage disposal. All done with ease and excellent clean-up after. He was backed up by their parts department. He wanted to install the exact, correct size pipe; which, at his request, was delivered by them within the hour - straight to my door. My Covid preferences were followed as well. Brothers has just won over a new customer. Thank you, thank you!!

We called to see if anyone would be able to find the source of the dripping noise that we can hear in our crawlspace. There were no leaks so we were stumped. We called in to get an estimate and Josh Moya was super awesome! He found the source and quoted us a very fair price. He was professional, friendly, and definitely knew what he was doing. As first time home owners we had no clue what any of this was and Jesus made sure to explain in detail. My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

Bruce is amazing! We had an emergency where all the house water was backing up into our basement living areas through the drains. I called Bruce on a friends recommendation and I do not regret it! He stayed in communication with me as schedules changed with his people and service times and cleaned out our lines with ease. He also tested the lines to make sure the line was clean and we were not having further issues. My house is full of workers that do very dirty jobs and we cannot be without the shower or washers, I was surprised when Bruce said he could have someone out same day and Super appreciate that he himself was the one to tackle the issues. Even more so that it was at a price I could afford! Thank you for saving my day and for making me laugh when my world was crashing down! You’re a hero!

Super amazing experience with Pedro. My family had a pipe burst in our crawlspace. Pedro went above and beyond. Not only did he repair the pipe, he diagnosed the underlying issues that were causing the pipes to freeze. He also installed shut off valves to my two outside faucets so we can cut off the water flow and depressurize the system in the winter. It feels good to have a plumber that will prevent future problems not just fix the current issue. You can tell these guys actually put pride into their work. Service Network installed a furnace in my home under a home warranty. The install seemed to go well until months later an inspection revealed a leak in the gas line due to Improper Installation. My wife, son, and I lived in a home for almost 2 years with a gas leak because of their mistake. I called and emailed the company to try and give them a chance to make it right, but they said they would have someone call me, and also ignored my email. Shoddy workmanship and no concern with following up on their jobs - use them at your own risk.
