Responsive, easy to get an appointment, showed up when he said he was going to, did a great job, and charged less than others with a neighborhood reputation for being the most affordable! We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

Service Network installed a furnace in my home under a home warranty. The install seemed to go well until months later an inspection revealed a leak in the gas line due to Improper Installation. My wife, son, and I lived in a home for almost 2 years with a gas leak because of their mistake. I called and emailed the company to try and give them a chance to make it right, but they said they would have someone call me, and also ignored my email. Shoddy workmanship and no concern with following up on their jobs - use them at your own risk.
