He was clear on pricing and got the job done to perfection. He also installed a water heater for a very reasonable price, nothing like other companies were trying to charge me. Flow-Rite has helped me with numerous issues in my home. Some that were complicated and one that was not all that complicated, but I had 4 different plumbers look at a leaky shower and they all had insane quotes to fix it stating it was some major issue. Flow-Rite came out, and fixed it easily and without any fuss. They confirmed it was the exact issue I thought it was, a cartridge installation issue. Other companies and plumbers were quoting me $600+ stating it was everything from needing to replace an entire water line in the wall, to needing to gut my whole shower. Obviously, Flow-Rite came in and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. I trust them 100% and I'll never go to a different plumber ever again!

Igor took on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe project at our house and we are so glad to have found him and Express Plumbing. He was able to get the work completed before some of the other companies we reached out to were able to even come out for a quote, and was the most affordable by far. I was so happy with his work that when a plumbing issue came up at my work, we called him up and he was able to get the problem fixed same day! I can’t reccomend highly enough, thank you Igor!!

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Horrible service. Unfortunately I had no choice as it was under a home warranty but if you do have a choice CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! Sent an incompetent service man out to diagnose a problem. I knew more than he did about my equipment. They convinced the warranty people to replace my A/C unit (which didn't need replacing and I told the warranty Rep that) but they did it anyway. I have no paperwork on the replacement (new unit looks anything but new) and when I asked for paperwork and rebate paperwork for my electric provider I got no response. I have spoken with their office 4 times since and get blown off every time. Being told that the owner, Justin, has to get that paperwork to me. It's been 2 months and still no return call and no paperwork.
Please beware of these shysters. Don't believe these 5 star reviews. Wouldn't be surprised if their employees posted those. Impossible for this business to get anything above a one star rating.
