Thomas & Jacob were professional and courteous while visiting our apartment to replace our broken water heater. They made sure to keep us updated on what was happening, and kept a watchful eye on our indoor cats that occasionally wanted to put their 2 cents in!

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

He made two visits to clear my backed up shower and was professional, communicative, and courteous from start to finish. Everyone I have worked with at A Better Plumber (and Team Absolute) has been great, but thank you again to Danny today. Ask for him next time you need some work done!These guys are incredible! From setting an appointment at 9 pm to work on a condo kitchen sink, something that 3 other companies told me they wouldn't work on, to the actual service performed by Jesse L, A Better Plumber went above and beyond. Fixed my backed up sink, kept me in the loop all along the way, and the cost was astonishingly low. I won't go to anyone else from here on out!

Needed a leaky water heater replaced in a modular home, and I thought that Rashad and his team did a good job...However, turns out ignorance is NOT bliss and we now have a bigger problem on our hands. The company has not been willing to attempt to correct the problem, having scheduled twice to “assess what I think the problem is” and then never shown up. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company or their owner for anything. They put a “new” water heater that was made for a traditional home in our modular. The model number indicates it is 10 years old. Not exactly ethical. It also has added weight to the rotting floor which they “fixed” by laying 2x8 boards over without additional support. If you don’t know how to fix something, I would recommend not taking the job! (Such as working on a modular home).

Great service!!! Very nice and knowledgeable and easy to work with. He didn't charge me to look at my PT relief valve on my hot water heater after it had leaked a bit. He just adjusted a setting and it was good to go! Highly recommend for plumbing needs!!!
