The entire interaction felt disingenuous. First, I got a text saying they had been to my house recently about my heating or air conditioning. Not true. They came over a year ago to do electric. The electrician, no longer with them, was fantastic. Anyway, then once we had that straightened out, an “expert” came and looked at my unit and gave me a bid on a new swamp cooler, making awkward comments like that my house was really clean and what nice sunflowers I had. He was young and was probably told to make nice comments, but it felt slimy. His pitch was kind of high pressure, saying “when” not “if” they did the work. Finally he gave me bid. Way more than I had anticipated, which I told him. He then said his boss would send me his “best price” bid. It was a full $1000 less. The whole thing just felt creepy. Too bad, because the electrical work was great!

Very accommodating in setting up appointment to estimate and review the needed work to install gas line for new stove. Arrived promptly, received a text announcing who the technician was with a photo (makes you feel safe). The estimate was reasonable and it was done that day. Friendly, professional. My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

We called Bruce the night we discovered that our garbage disposal was leaking and our cabinet was soaking wet. He was able to come out the next day and replace the disposal. We also asked if we could get the disposal moved to the other side of the double sink since the side it was on was the smaller sink. He said it could be done, gave us a fair price and did it that very day. He and the guys helping him were very professional and got the job done in an efficient manner. We will definitely call them again if we have future plumbing needs.

These guys are amazing - very kind, respectful, and humble - and very reasonably priced. We were discouraged by no response from another company recommended to us - my husband contacted Hyper Flow and Kyle communicated with us right away. Our issue was not urgent, but we still got an appointment within 48 hours - they explained very clearly what needed to happen and why. We scheduled them to come back within 48 hours and now I have cold water in the fridge again! Definitely will be our go-to company and definitely will be recommending.

Millennial arrived after my first bid from a competitor came in. They were honest and saved me 2300 dollars for the same job!!! Called earlier in the week to schedule someone to come clear a slow drain in my shower. Was given a window of 8-11 am for the scheduled day. No call/no show (super cool when you take off work). Won't use this company again.

Justin really saved me last year. I had doctor fix it come out and tell me I needed a whole new furnace/AC. i knew that was bogus and called SN for a second opinion. Justin spent some time working on the unit and made a couple of trips but determined all I had was a closed fire damper and got me up and running. My second opinion saved me over $9,000. Very trustworthy person to do business with and I will use them in the future.
