DO NOT USE BROTHERS PLUMBING AND HEATING! We were part of a service that paid monthly to obtain lower costs for services etc. One of their Technicians came out to do an annual check up on our furnace. He swiftly told us our 4 -1/2 year old furnace was in bad shape and the quote to repair was $9,000. He said the motor and blowers were out and needed to be replaced and if we did not do so CO would blow through the furnace into our home. We had a 2nd opinion completed the next day and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace and he could tell the Brothers Technician did not even inspect the entire unit.

We had a water heater that went out and the pleasure of working with two employee's. Andon and Boris. They both were very great. They were communicative, on time, friendly and professional. Their prices compared to everyone else was also a no Brainer. I really appreciated them walking us through the entire process and showing what all was done. We also found out our home lacked a water pressure valve and was at a very unsafe pressure for our plumbing system.we appreciated them explaining this to us, offering options but ultimately leaving the decision to us, there was no pressure to buy. Would definitely use them again if need be.

I had some electrical work done and recessed lighting installed. Darrell and Jason we’re awesome! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and got the work done promptly! Highly recommend Top Shelf, I will definitely call them again in the future!

I contacted Superior Mile High Plumbing for an emergency plumbing matter. Hector was flexible and responsive when other supposeded 24/7 plumbers were not. We’ve had Josh work on plumbing for us before and he’s been great. This time he installed a gas line to our new gas stove and connected the two. He was able to install the gas line without having to damage any drywall. He’s respectful, knowledgable and a genuinely good person!

Chris was Great! He was able to fix a kitchen clog and reroute some of my pipes that weren't done correctly in the 1st place. He was the 4th plumber to figure this out without having to go thru my drywall, etc. I live in a condo so other units were effected and my unit was having the most problems due to being on the 1st floor.. He was professional and very knowledgeable to find a solution in the afternoon that I made an appointment. Thanks!

Today we had a leak in our kids room when they showed up they got right to work and fixed the problem best customer service ive ever seen and the men were super sweet will recommend them to everyone i know

Absolutely the worst plumbers around. They were hired by my contractor to plumb our new construction home and everything went wrong. We spent thousands trying to repair the poorly plumbed jacuzzi tub, that leaked buckets of water into our basement. Now spending more $$ to repair the poorly installed water heaters.

Terrible company. Do not use. I have an emergency and they could care less. My water heater is literally leaking and causing water damage to my house and needs to be addressed immediately, but they don't do emergency things I guess. I unfortunately have to use my home warranty, who is equally as bad, Fidelity National Home Warranty, avoid them as well. They have tried to contact them and now that they can't they want to offer me a cash out that no one even remotely covers the little amount they want to give.
These people however, finally answered a phone call after me explaining that this leak is causing water damage to my home and mold and mildew. They finally said they could get someone out to drain and move it and would come back the next day or 2 to put in the new water heater. 3 hours later and literally over dozens of phone calls later, no is responding and no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My water heater is still leaking and causing damage as I write this and I am also still dialing trying to get someone to answer. DO NOT call these people for anything. They will not show up and they could care less about their customer.
After reading the responses from their customer service team, let me head you off there. My warranty company may be terrible, but when they have already authorized you guys to do the work and refuse to call me back, answer any of my phone calls or answer the warranty company's phone call, the fault lies solely on you and your company. If you do not want to own up to your terrible business practices and customer services, don't hide behind the warranty company like you don't understand how to answer a phone or return a phone call. These issues from all of these reviews are on you.
