Immediately he called associate company for cleanup of some 200 gals of water. He diagnosed leaking sewage line and he detailed how Brothers will repair pipe once the water is drained. Not even a union plumber is worth that kind of money.There was not a standard rate for the faucet repair, therefore the technician quoted an hourly rate - $423.62 / hour. He estimated no more than 30 minutes, so his estimate was $233 + $49 travel. But it took one hour, and so he billed me $423.62. I supplied the parts, so no charge for that. Plus I paid $49.00 for travel. $472.62 total.

Making money is one thing, screwing a Homeowner over is something else! You should be ashamed!! I will never recommend your company, and will speak up for all of my friends and neighbors to never contact you for any HVAC service!!!!

New water heater was installed as expected. Technicians were polite and explained everything.The one thing that did not go well was leaking of water onto the utility room floor and into the adjoining room when the old water heater was removed. Would have been helpful if something had been put on the floor to manage this. I ended up cleaning the water off of the floor.I did appreciate the discount since I cleared the area making it easy for the technicians to install the water heater.

Justin was an amazing technician! He arrived 30 minutes prior to our estimated window time, was progressional, and the service was very affordable. He also showed me how to prevent the problem in the future. 10/10 recommend!

We called ADP and Andre came out that same day. He installed a new water heater and got us hot water within 5 hours. I recommend ADP Maintenance they are very professional and get the job done.
