Jose checked all 8 of my fire detectors and replaced those outdated and tested the system. He explained the new type devices and care of my smoke/carbon monoxide detection system in the home, was very respectful and professional.

They cane out to do a A/C tune up. Told me they could not touch it because it was old. Gave me a whole run arpund about the Furnace being to big. The A/C went out 2 weeks later. It was a burnt fuse, which I feel like they would have seen hd they done what I paid for then to come out to do.

I won't use another plumber now that I found this one!!! I've used them twice. Once was for a problem I had 3 other plumbers out to fix and none of them knew what to do because it was an odd problem. A Better Plumber came out and fixed it!! This time I had some leaks and Beau with this company was out and again fixed it without any mark ups and told me exactly the problem and fixed it in no time. And it works as good as new now. Both times they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, they didn't talk down to me like other professionals have. I can't say enough good things about this company!!

After sketchy MasterRooter (my former plumber) found a block and break in my sewer line, I was being rushed by them to sign a contract for a $13,000 sewer line excavation and repair (first bid at $16k). They assured me that I would NOT find a better deal for the work. Luckily I wrote to a couple of other plumbers before I signed the contract and James from GPS got back to me. His initial bid for doing the same proposed work was $4k less than MasterRooter. Long story short, James came over and discovered that I didn't have an issue in the house-to-city sewer line (that was going to be $5,600 to fix) and the break in my sewer line was thick roots that MasterRooter barely tried to clear. I was being royally scammed! GPS showed up with modern, professional tools and explained everything logically and thoroughly. He saved me from wasting 10k on work that was unnecessary. James was awesome and came out on a Saturday to work and saved me from having my driveway and garage floor busted up. He was honest and trustworthy and the things he explained made sense.
