They did not price gouge me and their rates were extremely affordable. Ivo installed my water heater this evening, he was professional, patient and got the work done in record time. He also left my home clean, which is a huge deal for me. My last water heater install was a little shabby. Ivo kindly fixed most of the issues and did not charge me extra to bring the work up to code. I have been singing their praises all nite and will be referring them to all that need a reliable and cost effective plumbing company.

Matt arrived at 12:45 for the 1 to 5 PM appointment slot. I requested Matt after great experience in our home, to help my parents resolve a ceiling fan that wasn’t working. After about 15.minutes, he determined the remote control module had failed and temporarily wired the fan to work with the wall switch.The only charge was the $99 VIP membership, which provides 15% all services, priority scheduling and other benefits for 1 year. My parents who are 91 & 88 are delighted with every aspect of the service received.On 3/27/2023 Dominic arrived to research a loud noise & rattling in the pipes when multiple fixtures in one corner of my parents home were used. He determined the 20+ year old water pressure control valve had failed, provided a quote for the work and replaced it in about an hour down in the crawl space. Dominic was very professional, respectful and does excellent work.
