Dominic was on time and polite. He explained exactly how much the charge would be and went over with me in detail what the charges covered before he began. He did not take my credit card until after the work was completed and inspected and I could see that he had done everything he had promised to do. A joy to have your employee in my house working for me.

The plumber who did the work was professional, good at his profession, and efficient. The only concern I had was cost. To replace the flapper assembly in my toilet that took 15 minutes, I was charged $503.
