Knowledgeable technician who outlined a variety of problems that could have resulted in our dead outlet. He put a new one in and the problem was solved but at a most exorbitant price. I thought that having a Valpak coupon for $75 off would soften the blow; it barely scratched the surface. Buyer beware and get a price up front if possible, otherwise your outlet installation could cost you around $300.00!

I have flipped a few properties and went through every bad plumber in the Denver area. My contractor buddy told me he only uses Flow-Rite. Now I have used them on every property I have owned. The best is being able to text Rubin with my problem and he responds with a time they can come out. Makes it so easy.
This is the company when someone mentions needing a plumber you say, YOU HAVE TO USE MY PLUMBER. My Wife always brags about how one of our properties we were selling, a leak in the wall came up in the inspection. Flow-Rite came out, found the hole on the first attempt so we only had a 6 inch patch in the drywall. It was next level impressive.

After 9pm Memorial Day,and a drip from an outside faucet, and one problem leads to another until water in house needs to be turned off.

I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. I saw the ad that mentioned that Sharone was a master plumber, and after he finished, I believe he spoke the truth. Thank you very much

I live in Littleton and was referred to this company by someone else. I called first thing Monday morning after my water heater began leaking over the weekend. I told her about my leak and that I already reached out to the water heater manufacturer and confirmed that the water heater would likely need to be replaced and was still covered under warranty for the leak. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and told me that the soonest opening would be on Tuesday but that she would see if someone could come over if they finished another job early. She took down my address and phone number. She called me back later Monday afternoon to say that nobody was able to finish early so she scheduled an appointment for 8:30-9:30 Tuesday morning. Well at 8:30 on Tuesday I get a call from Kevin who says: I'm not coming to your house because I only service the area of Parker and I don't go that far. I made it very clear where I lived when I first called and even gave my address and nobody told me that it would be a problem for him to come to my house. He didn't care at all that I was going on day 2 with no hot water. He also admitted that he didn't want to do the job because it was warranty work which requires him to buy the water heater and then wait as long as a month to be reimbursed by the manufacturer and it wasn't worth his time to come all the way out to my house for that type of job. I would just like to warn anyone of my experience as there are many other good plumbing companies available in the Denver area and I wouldn't trust someone who is more concerned about cherrypicking the most lucrative plumbing jobs while abandoning those jobs that were already scheduled by his company, but may be less desirable work.

I had what I believed to be a clogged main drain so I called rooter town to fix my issue, Clarke showed up to rooter my drain and found it was partially obstructed by something. Within 30 minutes Kory showed up at my residence with a drain scope and found I had a collapsed pipe about 10 foot away from my house. Kory thoroughly explained my options to me and in the end I decided with excavating down to fix the problem. He had a quote for me within 15 minutes and the crew to fix it showed up in 45 minutes. I was heading out of town that afternoon so couldn't stay to observe all the work but they kept me informed over the phone, I returned home a few days later and was very impressed at the cleanliness and workmanship. These guys are a top notch and it's great to see there is still companies out there who value customer service. Thank you Rooter Town
