They have done multiple jobs for me over the years including a water heater, sump pump and pressure reducing valve and have always done a great job. They always clean up after themselves and never leave a mess. I'd definitely recommend King Rooter.

Johan did an amazing job installing our new light fixture. I won't try to explain everything he did but he really went above and beyond a basic light install to get our new fixture placed exactly where I wanted it despite not having a stud in the ceiling where he needed one, he made it happen and it looks fantastic! He was also so friendly and nice to work with. He also installed a simpler one in lightening speed and fixed a little hole in our ceiling where the old fixture had been. A+ to Top Shelf!

First of all I want to say he did an amazing job on my shower head that has been leaking since forever we were always scared of getting a plumber because they are so expensive and charge a lot for estimates he charged me a reasonable price and did not charge for an estimate which I really appreciate he also looked at other issues I was having which was a lot and gave me prices for everything which was amazing. We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. On September 25, 2019 Jonathan Watson came to our home to inspect our furnace going into the colder weather ahead. Beyond the routine inspection normally conducted, he made several recommendations including our humidifier and the installation of a gas shutoff valve. Making money is one thing, screwing a Homeowner over is something else! You should be ashamed!! I will never recommend your company, and will speak up for all of my friends and neighbors to never contact you for any HVAC service!!!!

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

Igor was fantastic! He had my sewer backup fixed in under an hour. He did a thorough job of clearing tree roots and other potential problems. Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!

I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!
