King Rooter ended up being our choice for a plumbing and sewer line issue in our home. This was because they were one of only a few vendors in town who offer epoxy lining replacement as opposed to the invasive trenching and having our basement walls torn up, as suggested by other companies.

King Rooter did amazing work that has had us up and running again for over a month with no problems. The only reason I have given a 4/5 rating overall is because there were issues coordinating the time slot and days for the work to take place. Otherwise, King Rooter was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate being up and running again without having to tear up our basement.

We have also had Brothers help us with a hot water heater. Every time they have come out they have done a good job are comparable prices. They always talk us through what we need for the repair or replacement also. Also what may not be needed.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. He gave us the best price for replacing our hot water heater - showed up when he said he would - removed the old hot water heater and carried it off - installed new hot water heater - all in about 1 hour. They placed drop cloth runners to protect the floor all the way from the back door to the hot water heater. Left NO mess and went over everything with the new hot water heater. VERY courteous, professional, and efficient... PLUS, we live in Peyton and had plumber come out from the Springs who charged us a $65 trip charge... This company came from Aurora - and no trip charge. Quality work for an awesome price. This will be our go-to-guy for plumbing service from now on!

Hector, was informative, he greeted me as soon as I opened the door. He introduced himself and waited for me to solution before we began talking about the reason he was there. He was thorough and when he was finished he explained to me. He was a respectful young man.

Steven Till and the High 5 team were exceptional! The customer service was top notch and Steven was very personable and respectful of our home. He was able to clear out our shower line that was backing up which will allow for us to be able to take a shower without having to turning off the water half way through in order to allow it to drain haha. We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. I spent the $180 to get the service maintenance plan. After a significant investment I discovered it's WAY cheaper to get the plan with Bell. Aaron came out today to do the annual inspection. He replaced filter and answered all of my questions on how to best keep my HVAC running well. He's the A team ... professional, experienced and helpful.

Colorado Sewer came to clean my sewer today. While the technician was very friendly and personable, my sewer line is not clean.
I had a sewer scope done later this same day and they found multiple spots where the line is still occluded! When I called Colorado Sewer to ask them to remedy their work, they said they would have to send their own camera down my line. I would have to pay for this—$100! Then if they see the same occlusions, they will re-clean.
This is unacceptable, especially since Colorado Sewer is one of the more expensive sewer cleaning services out there!
Do not, do not, do not use Colorado Sewer!

Above and beyond, I would hire them again. Austin and Seth did a great job!!

They have done a few showers and vanities for us, great prices and great customer service, always on a timely basis, will keep working with them on our basement projects and bathroom remodels.

Igor took on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe project at our house and we are so glad to have found him and Express Plumbing. He was able to get the work completed before some of the other companies we reached out to were able to even come out for a quote, and was the most affordable by far. I was so happy with his work that when a plumbing issue came up at my work, we called him up and he was able to get the problem fixed same day! I can’t reccomend highly enough, thank you Igor!!

Service Network installed a furnace in my home under a home warranty. The install seemed to go well until months later an inspection revealed a leak in the gas line due to Improper Installation. My wife, son, and I lived in a home for almost 2 years with a gas leak because of their mistake. I called and emailed the company to try and give them a chance to make it right, but they said they would have someone call me, and also ignored my email. Shoddy workmanship and no concern with following up on their jobs - use them at your own risk.
