First of all, thanks to Donna who expedited our request for help in scheduling a technician from Brothers to help us complete some inspection items on our home that has sold and will close in the next week! After a last minute cancellation by another local plumber, I called Brothers in hopes of getting an appointment as soon as possible. Donna re-arranged a few things so that someone could come out that same day to help us get these inspection items resolved! John was the technician who came out to get our main gas line in compliance, fix a leaky sink drain, and replace a faulty sump pump. He was professional and extremely helpful and skilled in getting all three completed. I don’t have enough good things to say about Brothers - they have serviced our HVAC issues for a number of years, but this last experience puts them in a category of a true service company - they responded to a critical need in a way that is rare these days. Many thanks to Donna and John!!!

Our landlord sent them our to replace our broken hot water heater. They came on a Sunday and had it done in less than 2 hours. Very fast and very friendly.

After contacting another company which told us we needed a new a/c system for $7,000, we contacted Veterans Air. Phillip arrived out and told us we just had a leak. The fix (including refrigerant) was $1,430! He was the most professional, kind and knowledgeable technician we have ever met. We had questions and he answered them thoroughly, never appearing to need to rush out. I can't recommend this company more.

I have been in the industry for over 30 years, so it's safe to say, I've seen a few things. Nothing could have prepared me to meet the team from High 5! Last week I met Zach, Jeff, Dan, and Josh when they came to a professional development training course. They were knowledgeable plumbers, but what stood out to me what their level of integrity. When they started talking about charitable donations and giving back to the community, I saw a sense of pride in these men that you really can't explain until you experience it. Hat's off to the entire High 5 team from Uncle Todd! You really can't give a High 5 without smiling!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Can’t say enough about the tipping hat team. They saved the day and my status as a new husband and my nightmare scenario :) . Complete re-haul of all the plumbing, boiler and toilets/sink because the whole house was frozen before I moved out from Georgia. They were so caring, professional, fast and fair! I have to also give a shout-out to Christian for such amazing communication- always going above and beyond to reach out, give me expectations and next steps. Everyone involved made this whole experience as good as it could be.Also have to say this new boiler is as impressive as it gets- whoever installed that- you’re a wizard!Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart Tipping Point- you’ll never know how important what y’all did for me is.

We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!

Igor was recommended by a neighbor who is a painter. I have used him twice and and both times he was on time, gave me a fair quote once he saw what needed to be done, did the work as promised and no problems whatsoever. I trust his recommendations, he really seems to know what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell just to make more money. If I tell him I want a quick, cheap fix, he will do it or if I want something to last, he will tell me the best way. I feel like I am in good hands and can count on Igor for any plumbing needs. He replaced cartridges in my shower and bathroom faucets. Replaced the drain and stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced all hoses and valves to the sink faucets and toilets, installed a garbage disposer, installed an air conditioner condensation drain, installed a water main shut off valve and replaced gas shut off valves to the furnace and water heater. We just moved into the house and wanted to make sure everything was in working order since the faucets were dripping, the drain pipe broke and air conditioner was leaking. I will be calling Igor for all our pluming needs from now on and highly recommend him!

Terrible company. Do not use. I have an emergency and they could care less. My water heater is literally leaking and causing water damage to my house and needs to be addressed immediately, but they don't do emergency things I guess. I unfortunately have to use my home warranty, who is equally as bad, Fidelity National Home Warranty, avoid them as well. They have tried to contact them and now that they can't they want to offer me a cash out that no one even remotely covers the little amount they want to give.
These people however, finally answered a phone call after me explaining that this leak is causing water damage to my home and mold and mildew. They finally said they could get someone out to drain and move it and would come back the next day or 2 to put in the new water heater. 3 hours later and literally over dozens of phone calls later, no is responding and no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My water heater is still leaking and causing damage as I write this and I am also still dialing trying to get someone to answer. DO NOT call these people for anything. They will not show up and they could care less about their customer.
After reading the responses from their customer service team, let me head you off there. My warranty company may be terrible, but when they have already authorized you guys to do the work and refuse to call me back, answer any of my phone calls or answer the warranty company's phone call, the fault lies solely on you and your company. If you do not want to own up to your terrible business practices and customer services, don't hide behind the warranty company like you don't understand how to answer a phone or return a phone call. These issues from all of these reviews are on you.
