I decided to go with this company based off of the reviews and couldn't be any happier that I did.
My water heater went out this morning. I called around 9am and spoke to Dave. He was very professional and asked me to send him some pictures of the unit. I sent them and he was able to get Boris out by Noon. Boris determined the unit needed to be replaced and was able to get the new unit picked up and installed by 2:15pm. They are reasonably priced, very courteous, cleanly and couldn't have provided any better service. I have found the company that I will use moving forward for all of my plumbing needs.

Ryan was great, They were on time professional. Only charged the trip charge for some evaluation and cleaning of a vent pipe outside. Their communication is also fantastic.

Tipping Hat was among the contractors I found on Angi to have my furnace and A/C unit serviced. I knew my furnace and A/C unit were older and I was hoping that they would hold out for another year. To my dismay, my furnace was only producing at 30% capacity, the blower motor was on it's last legs, and the cost of repairing it wasn't sensible. My experiences with this company were exceptional, and I really appreciated that the technicians listened to my concerns and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, and to answer all of my questions. Austin and Romeo wrote me a Thank you Note after my new furnace and A/C units had been installed. I was very touched by this, and I can honestly say that I have never been made to feel as such a valued customer from any other company in my life. With this kind of customer service, they will have me as a customer for life! I have been recommending Tipping Hat to all of my friends!

Nobody likes having to call the plumber right? WRONG. The plumber who answered my call was polite, professional, and understanding. He made it to my place within about an hour or so of my call (which was at 6:44 AM!) And was done in ten minutes. Payment was easy via Venmo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I use Plumbline often and they are always very professional. Today, Bill the plumber came out to fix my valve to my sprinkler system. He did a great job and even went above and beyond. He found a leak unrelated to the repair he was performing and called the city water system to get immediate assistance from them since it was their system. He stayed an extra hour after he completed the job to help see that the other repair was initiated. I’m really satisfied with Plumbline.

Working with Done Plumbing was the best plumbing experience I’ve had. The plumber who came to our house, Dallas, was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how much it cost. He also made sure he fixed the problem at it’s core. Their rates are reasonable and staff stay in good contact when a request is made. I would highly recommend them again!

LT Plumbing recently completed work for me on one of my new builds in Corey Merrill, and they did an outstanding job. Their pricing was fair, they did their work on time and correctly, and they were very responsive to my needs. They have also done several remodel projects for me, and did a great job. Hello - Colorado Sewer came out to my home the day before Thanksgiving to snake out my kitchen sink. They did their job and left. Friday morning there was a lot of water in my basement. It turned out that the guy from Colorado Sewer put a 6” Gash in my schedule 40 drain pipe. When they came out to inspect it I asked him to help Me move my bed and entertainment cabinet out of the water and he said it was not necessary. I could not move it by myself. They sent a plumber to fix the pipe but that was it. I called and left a message for Sean (owner) I asked if he knew what standing sewer water did to personal belongings. He then proceeded to call my ex instead of me. I called my home’s owner insurance and they immediately sent out Paul Davis a water mitigation company. They helped me move my stuff out of the water or course and extra day after Colorado Sewer could have helped me. I have Ethan Allen furniture that the feet are now splitting and falling apart. I called Sean 2-days ago and asked for a check to cover the deductible ($1,000.00) and not a peep. I have now been without a bedroom for 2-weeks and it’ll be another 2-weeks before it’s all back together. No one from Colorado Sewer has called and asked how it’s going or can we help. They are useless in my opinion. Now I have an attorney and will have to go after them. Incredible! Do not use them!!!!!
