I’ve used Bell Home Solutions for plumbing, heating and cooling issues for many years. Today, I was sure I needed to replace an external hose valve. Turns out, there was a pinhole leak in an old hose connector that was creating the issue. Just to be sure, a cap was placed on faucet. No leak. Saved $$$ because the technician was honest about the issue. Would much rather pay for a service call instead of work that wasn’t necessary.

Dalton was amazing! He came out sooner than anticipated, advised what was the most likely culprit. There was nothing he could physically do at that point, but he even called us to follow up to ensure that things were still going well. We will 100% recommend this company specifically because of the customer service that Dalton provided.

Josh was/is very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed my plumbing issue and repaired it right away. He also recommended ways to maintain my pipes so they don't deteriorate so quickly over time.

I am a member of Done Plumbing and had water coming in my office closet through the light fixture from my upstairs tub. They sent technicians within two hours who found the issue, fixed it and helped me avoid a much more costly repair due to their quick turnaround. The guys were professional and efficient! We were in a time crunch with a home that we were selling when the water heater started having problems. We called LT Plumbing and they were able to help us right away. They were very helpful and performed quality work.

Our kitchen sinks backed up on Friday and when I ran the disposal, water came shooting out in the cabinet underneath. It was a total mess and we couldn't use the sink all weekend. Monday morning I ran the dishwasher. When Devon got here, nothing was wrong. lol He offered an $80 charge for just a service visit or $170 to snake it anyway. I said go for it and I'm so glad I did! Apparently all the business under there was clogged with grease. We always use a grease can but Devon informed us that all food breaks down and eventually turns into grease and we have lived here for 16 years. I would totally use this company again. The only thing I would suggest is that when they bring the compressor in, they put something under it so they don't scratch one of a kind wood floors. I'm a bit perturbed about that.
