Brandon and Rustin arrived to deal with a neglected Rinnai tankless we inherited when we moved here 8 yrs. ago. We all determined expensive repair would not be of much use. They had a top O' line 50 gal unit in the trunk and we made an UNSOLISTED decision to trash the tankless and install it. I supervised the operation and while the project was more expensive than we planned on, I was very impressed by their efficiency, skill and teamwork. What technician agreed on price is different when they take payment, they won’t provide scope of work and told me warranty is valid to only say after payment was received that they do not provide warranty for service. Joke company, work with a company that is transparent. Caitlin and Jayvon refuse to provide call log or itemized invoice of the work done.
