My mom called Tipping Hat earlier today and they sent someone out right away to fix a space heater she had in a back room. Unfortunately she can’t remember the techs name because I’d love for y’all to know who he is, he is a wonderful man! He came into the house went back to the heater, thanked my mom for still having the owners manual for the heater, he then cleaned it up and changed the filter all at no charge! My mom is 89 with early stages of dementia on a fixed income and this guardian Angel from Tipping Hat totally made her day and mine. I can’t thank you enough for sending such a wonderful repair tech to assist my mom! You’re lucky to have such a great employee. I highly recommend using this company for your needed services. Very responsive when we had a pipe leak. Plumbers came out same day we called; however they had to reschedule to come back the next day with 2 licensed plumbers. Quoted almost $1900 for the repair, but was told if I paid cash or check there was a discount--there was not. After the pipe work was completed and paid for, we were told that they would send a crew out at 8 AM the next morning to clear the pipe. Someone showed up little after 8 without the right equipment, and was saying that the service was not paid for. We were then quoted an additional $875 to clean the drain. After declining offered a discount to $750. Very deceptive in the fact we already paid for a major repair and it was not even fixed completely.

Called another plumber and had the line cleared for $595.

Derek was both professional and very kind. In addition to providing great service at a reasonable price, he made friends with the cats, which made us feel even more comfortable having him in our home. Service was fast and he made sure work was completed to our satisfaction before he left. We will definitely use Plumbline Services again.
