King Plumbing came to my house to repair a crack in the sewer line. They showed up on time, did quality work, and left everything the same as they found it. They also camera scoped the sewer to show the repair. Robert and his crew were great!

Before their work, we had some mild pipe rattling when the sprinklers shut off. They fixed another part of the sprinkler system but the rattling never went away and even started happening when other pipes were in use including the sink and washer. I had to call them back in twice to try to fix it, and they did a modest job but it never completely went away. It has gotten progressively and violently worse over time and when I called them back to fix it they tried to ask for another $1000 in work.Bottom line - this company made my pipe rattling problem worse when it was part of the original work I thought I was paying for, and then refused to remedy the rattling.Do not trust them with your home.

Pedro is absolutely the consummate professional. He was fair, prompt, knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to save me money on the repair of my hose bib. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Had a drain on the sewer line in the basement backup early morning. Called HyperFlow based on the Yelp and Google ratings. I called them and Roto-Rooter hoping to get help fast since I couldn't use any water in my house and Hyperflow got here first!

All the work was done at a great price too. I've had other plumbers come in for other tasks that I thought were less challenging/intensive than the power jet work Carlos did and paid twice as much as what I paid HyperFlow.

We Had Zach Shelley as as our service tech to cap a gas line on an older gas fireplace in preparation to install a new electric fireplace. Zach showed up on time explained the job thoroughly and got to work. He completed the job quickly which required cutting a hole in the drywall. Although this is typically a messy job, Zach covered the work area and then cleaned up the mess. Throughout the process he was friendly and professional. Based on this experience, I can confidently recommend Quality 1st plumbing and heating. Ask for Zach if he’s available. He’s top notch. Well done.

Robert was very conscious of the fact that I could not live in my house til the pipe split was fixed. He altered his schedule to get hear as soon as possible and got the job done in a way where it will not split again. He also fixed a couple of other issues that would have been separate calls.
