4/18/2023 Josh Marks came to resident did annual service checked. He was courteous knowledgeable and very pleasant.Jamie called to let me know that the thermostat I have been waiting for will be installed.. apparently on Back order but everytime I called in or sent an text message never was given that information I appreciate that she called me she was very professional and understanding. Thank youJacob came out little late due to traffic but I was fine with that. Just like the other guys he was friendly personable and took time to explain the thermostat. THEY CANCELLED AT THE LAST MOMENT! I had an appointment scheduled for over a week and the same day they cancelled the appointment. Not only the same day, but at the time they were supposed to be there. They charge a trip charge of $49 and the only compensation they would give for cancelling was to not charge the trip charge. They wouldn't have charged that anyway, when I paid for the service. This is so unprofessional to treat customers like this. It has been 90-100 degrees and they left my 83 year old mother without the cooling option that they were to provide.Reply to owner response: If your implying this was a fake review, because you cannot locate me, that just points to your companies lack of organization. My appointment was rescheduled, but they didn't send me a confirmation like they did the first time. They probably messed up the rescheduled appointment also. And you had a chance to make it right already and you offered nothing of the sort.

We found Done Plumbing in the Team Dave Logan brochure and gave them a try. They met our schedule to clear a stopped-up drain. The technician that came was friendly and did a very good job. He cleaned up afterwards and told us to call Done if we had any problems. Plumbing service is not inexpensive but it is easier to swallow when the job is done well. Would use them again.
