Second time hiring Brothers and again incredibly happy. They excelled with customer service and clearly are experts. The cost may be a little more than some others but it's worth it. Very professional, friendly, efficient and tidy. There is no other company I will call now.I believe the names were Andy and Jake.

Johan was very knowledgeable and considerate of my financial considerations. I trusted his advice and he did a great job. I would recommend Top Shelf to anyone.

Fred and Josh (and Lance) were awesome! They installed my A/C and even fixed, and greatly improved, work from a previous install (and company) of my furnace. The took the time to answer all of my questions, they throughly walked me through my new thermostat and maintenance of what I need to do keeping the system running annually. They both really knew there stuff! They were truly fantastic. I'm so glad I called Bell Plumbing and Heater to install my A/C! I highly recommend Bell, Fred and Josh (and Lance). Going forward, I will be a life long customer!

Your drain tech Josh T is just about the friendliest, most dedicated and thorough service technician I’ve come across among any industry. Josh is fair, gets to know your clients and empathizes with their needs. He only leaves after treating your needs like they’re in his own home. You can tell how serious and passionate he is about quality. My dog has even taken quite a liking to him after just two visits and gets excited now when any Plumbline truck drives by in case Josh is coming over to see him!

The technician was very respectful and showed up timely. He performed the work and went over everything with me and answered all my questions. The install went well and the vanity and sink look great, thank you.

Once the service professional is actually at your house, their work is efficient and professional.

But, scheduling appointments and getting ahold of this company when they don’t show is a NIGHTMARE. I have a claim with Choice Home Warranty that they were supposed to come and fix today from 9-12. No call to explain delay, they don’t answer the phone when I call. It’s 12:30 so my guess is that they will not be coming. This also happened when the company came out to take photos to see if choice would cover the issue. Time frame of 11-3 and I sit around all day waiting for them. They show up at 3:30 after I was just leaving my house to run an errand. No ring back tone when you attempt to call them so it’s almost impossible to know if you are even getting through to the company. Voicemail full. Don’t wait your time with this company.

Update: One of the owners of the company, Katie was able to help me. Andre was able to come out within the hour, which was around 2PM to fix the problem.
