Murphy's law: anything that can go wrong, will; especially on a Sunday when you get charged a higher service fee. Our furnace is on the older side and decided to have a senior moment. I contacted Brother's and they were able to squeeze us in (thank god) on a busy, snowy Sunday. Our technician Ron arrived earlier than our scheduled time and was able to quickly diagnosis the problem. Luckily it was a small issue and our heat was promptly restored. The service fee ($89) was also very reasonable for last minute on Sunday afternoon. We are very pleased and very grateful for the amazing service we received!

Dillon was professional, competent, and was honest. His intent was to fix the problem with a minimum cost to me ie. He did not try to sell any unnecessary repairs. He was a great representative of the company.

Jay was prompt, professional, and quick. he diagnosed and fixed our leak in under an hour and he was very clean. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Bell, just based off of the work Jay did.

Josh was awesome. I will use tipping hat in the future because of my excellent experience today. Needed a garbage disposal replaced , Josh gave me options and prices and was outgoing. He described what he was going to do and the installation was clean. Also getting the appointment and texting with the office was super good. They kept in touch and were even able to come out same day.

NextGen Plumbing came and installed a water softner, whole house filter, and ran a gas line out to our deck for our grill. They were extremely professional and provided a quote right away. They offered helpful suggestions and provided advice without being pushy and didn’t try and upsell me like many other companies did. They scheduled the install date and were responsive when I had questions. The day of they showed up on time, worked hard and finished the project in estimated time window. I would recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

We had excellent service for a leak and a missing gasket in our tub. The previous owner of our home had done some shoddy plumbing repairs.
Robert was our plumber, he was very respectful and professional and great with our dog. The job cost $496 in total, $43 for the trip out, $70 for the diagnostic, and $453 for the replacement parts and repair. The $70 cost for the diagnostic goes towards the repair
