Jeff L. and his crew swept in and saved us from a horrible situation. Not only had we not been able to flush or shower in a week, they were also dealing with our mixed emotions and stress over the previous company (Roter Rooter CO.,) NEVER USE THEM!! Who attempted to destroy my new house and not fix our problem. They pulled permits as fast as they could to expedite the project. Words can’t describe what relief we had that Jeff diagnosed and fixed our issue to the best of his ability without adding in unessesary extra charges. I also appreciated how straight forward and direct he was about potential other things they may have needed to fix despite my worry. It was nice that he kept me informed. Roto Rooter was called to come out at 5:20pm I was told it was a 2 hour window. The Dispatcher called me 4 times and each time I was told the technician was on a big job that was requiring more time. There are 2 technicians available both on big jobs. Finally at 8:46pm I was told a technician would be on his way and would be at my home in 30-45 minutes. A technician showed up at 9:30 approx. He seemed to be a very nice intelligent man. My kitchen drain was clogged. He brought in his tools and cleared my drain. Leak checked everything and was gone 10:45pm. He did a good job was very thorough.

I called Roto-Rooter because my kitchen sink was backing up and almost overflowing onto the floor. Roto-Rooter got to my house that day which was fantastic. I had Mike as my plumber and he was super friendly and explained everything to me! I couldn’t have asked for a better person and I will definitely be calling them for any future problems.
